Great and gracious staff; room had everything we needed; clean yukata every day; good breakfasts and dinners; and, as icing on the cake, a soothing onsen to refresh tired bodies.
Convenient to bus and train station. Convenient to old town. What's not to like!
We spent a lovely two nights here. Very convenient location within easy walking distance of the old town and the train station. The service we received, from check in, and throughout our stay was excellent. We were really made to feel special.

The onsen areas are separate for male and female but the showers are open in each area. This truly is a fantastic hotel and the rooms are massive compared to city Japan hotels!
