The hotel is ok but we expected to buy things at Family Mart under the hotel. Unfortunately we had to walk more than planned as it was being refurbished. The information from the receptionist was reliable, thank you.

When you walk up to the old town the streets are crowded with restaurants. The restaurants specialised in meat are a bit more expensive. But those are the ones that are open later than other restaurants. Takayama seems to be... More
