Used my spg point for 1 night. Hotel gave me 2 drinks voucher as spg member. Staff are friendly. Room are big compare to other hotels in japan. They provide "very limited" free shuttle bus from nagoya station but meeting point was hard to find. I hope they give clear direction. It took me 15min looking for it with my...

I am puzzled on other reviews, though I try to understand them- or have I become more to the Japanese customs (I am from America, but been in Japan 2 years for work). I found this to be nice, quaint hotel- dated, but part of the charm. I stayed here as my usual nagoya station marriott was booked solid, and...

I've stayed in many Starwood facilities in North America and Japan and this is probably one of THE worst. Why? Location. The hotel is too far from the station which requires a $20 cab ride each way or if you prefer they have a shuttle that only runs once every hour to the hotel for limited times. Note, the last...

I have stayed in this hotel over a period of 10 years on an average about 2 or 3 times a year. I must admit the hotel has deteriorated from average to worse. Though this hotel is average when it comes everything, I continued to stay here because it was a starwood property and sadly this is only SPG property...

The hotel itself is okay, the service very good as can be expected and the Nagoya Castle view from the room as you wake up is amazing. But that's it. There is nothing much around the hotel including restaurants. I think a 7-11 is your best bet. It's a quiet residential area. If you wish to explore Nagoya, you have...

It's an impressive arrival, - footmen, big foyer, marble and glitzy. Room was nice and well appointed, good selection of TV channels, nice enough bathroom (yes a bath and not a shower only!). But the gym is actually not part of the hotel - it's just off-site and officially doesn't open till 11am - but they WILL open it up...

My partner and I have stayed here on our way to Toyota City and en route to Ise. It is an aging hotel but a nice hotel in Nagoya. We were upgraded to a splendid room directly facing the Castle. I'm told Tom Cruise stayed here at the time The Last Samurai was filmed. Correct or not, the service here...

Good room size and we had a room facing Nagoya castle. Very nice view during the night time. Friendly service staffs as well. The only downside is the slightly small toilet and weak WiFi in the room. Overall still recommended.

All the staff were polite and help full. Our room face Nagoya Caste that lit at night. I LOVE it! it is a descent size room considering this is Japan ( all are small). Always clean. They have shuttle to and from the airport. definitely a happy costumer

We were lucky enough to have a room facing the Nagoya castle and to watch the light fade and then the castle be lit up by spotlights is just amazing. The rooms were large, very comfortable beds. A small bathroom but every conceivable toiletry you could need was supplied. Free wifi in the room. We ate in the Crown Restaurant...
