Everything was perfect during my stay at Mercure Cypress Nagoya: 1- Location: couldn't be better: just a 7min walk to nagoya train station. Many supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes and restaurantes in the vicinities; Quiet quatter.2-Building: quite new. Excellent facilities: 2 restaurants and 1 bar.3-Staff: very skilled and attentive both at reception desk and at the restaurant;4-Rooms: very spacious and quite...

The location is ideal as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Nagoya train station. Friendly staff, and most surprisingly, all have a good command of English! By Japanese standards rooms are big, enough space to put your luggage without having to use the bed. Nice breakfast room and selection that was more then enough for me. Good internet!...

Stayed here for two weeks whilst in Japan for work. Although the facilities are basic, the rooms are comfortable and staff very pleasant. By basic I mean the bar leaves a lot to desire, and is normally empty- no pool or leisure facility. Bfast is also very boring after two or three days. Otherwise a pleasant stay and very comfortable

Room was spacious and clean; a bath too! The staff were extremely polite and helpful; suggested metro day tickets and printed out for us (put on room tab) Hotel close to station/metro. Breakfast included croissants and coffee.

Service is excellent. Top class. The property is overall clean and bright, although is starting to feel old and in need of a refresh. F&B feels week and didn't interest me at all even knowing the temperature outside was at almost 0oC. It does feel like they had only four people working there. Same faces at the Front Desk all...

The hotel is very convenient as it's about 3 mins walk from the entrance of Nagoya Station exit 10. Surrounding the hotel you can find Isetan (2 mins walk), with Takashimaya just down the road at the JR/Shinkansen station which is just about 5 mins walk away. Room is clean and big - with the 2 twin beds it actually...

Have been there several times. Its convenient, because is only a 10 min walk from the Nagoya Station. I always have been satisfied and the price is reasonable. Very friendly and professionell staff at the reception. Rooms are large enough from western perspective. Breakfast is not included, but the price is reasonable. WIFI is free. Free water in the room....

This hotel claimed to be a long term stay but was not. The hotel caters to international people yet very few staff speak or understand English. The breakfast was the SAME everyday and we were there for five weeks. Laundry staff could not follow instructions even in Japanese and ruined a few pieces of my clothing. The cleaning staff do...

I have been an avid Mercure hotel client from Europe to even Sapporo. I like the no-nonsense but very clean and well-maintained hotel rooms they have. Mercure Cypress Nagoya is accessible from Nagoya Station ( a plus). Though you need to walk from the main station, there are available subway stations 2min aways for local subway lines. Rooms are not...

We stayed two nights at this great hotel. Easy walk from the railway station made it easy for us with our luggage. Bathroom amenities were first class more of the luxury brand style. Staff were courteous and helpful with maps. Breakfast was very good and we were seated at the window providing a wonderful view of the bustling crowds on...
