Excellent property with great location and friendly staff. Rooms are very good and complementary breakfast was nice. Location is just outside the University. Ideally located to travel from Buffalo to Niagara. Gas station and convenient stores in walking distance.

It is never easy traveling with 50 campers. Susan, the general manager, and her team was super organized, friendly, accommodating, and patient with us. The 20 rooms were perfectly arranged when we arrived, they gave us extra sheets with a smile, and they made sure our teenagers had enough to eat for breakfast. It was a very positive and pleasant experience. Thank you!

A group of us recently stayed at the Comfort Inn University near Buffalo, NY. All rooms were spotless and well equipped. The staff was attentive and efficient. The breakfast had "something for everyone" and was well stocked and replenished frequently.

The hotel should be called the Discomfort Inn, because the rooms, while clean, were old, and in bad need of remodeling. The staff did what they could to make the place pleasant but there was no denying the accumulated wear everywhere in the room. The breakfast room followed no covid guidelines whatsoever. There were no disposable gloves at the buffet, so everyone had to handle the same utensils. I saw no staff member wear a mask, even in the elevators where the space is more contained. There are a number of hotels in the immediate area. Try those instead.

We booked this hotel because of the free hot breakfast and its location. Breakfast was white bread wrapped in plastic, hard boiled eggs and packaged oatmeal. There was a broken down car in front of the hotel. The pool was closed for construction. The room smelled like smoke. Very disappointed and will never come back.

Two nights. Pretty busy place. No real issues with the hotel, but previously used soap in the shower. However, that was the only room issue. Guests were all appropriate as encountered and no issues with late night noise. A good location for access to I290 and several restaurants and grocery stores. Biggest complaint is they said my choicehotels membership did not afford any discount. But was later told if I booked through the choice hotels website (I made it directly with desk staff) - I I would have likely had a discount.

I had a reservation for this weekend and in light of the COVID19 Susan was able to postpone my reservation. Very much appreciated! I stay at this location several times a year and have always been very satisfied with their service. I would recommend this hotel!

I stayed there two weeks ago to attend an event at University of Buffalo. I was staying alone and thankfully flipped the security latch on my door as the night clerk assigned two men to my room and gave them a key that opened my door at 4:30 in the morning. I woke up to the sound of my door being forced slammed open against the security lock, I quickly jumped out of bed and slammed my door back shut, looked out the peephole and saw two men who told me they have been told my room number and given a key that unlocked my door. I could not sleep the rest of the night. When I attempted to get the situation remedied I was told sorry. If I had not flipped the latch I would have had two strange men in my room in the middle of the night. There are lots of things that are not controllable, but this is something that definitely was. If you care about safety, do not stay here.

Is a clean/comfortable place to stay important to you? The Comfort Inn & Suites University, in NW Calgary, is for you. This establishment is located steps from McMahon Stadium and offers-up nicely appointed conventional rooms as well as large, comfortable suites. The latter presents a considerably larger floor plan with 'separate spaces' for the main bedroom, comfortable sitting area with fold-out bed; well appointed 'cleanup' vanity, and private water closet with bath/shower. The large pool with slide and hot tub are great. You'll also enjoy a hot breakfast to start your stay. Ali and Natasha, at the front desk, have a pleasant, professional manner and work hard to ensure your stay is a great one.
