We drove into Buffalo without a place to stay due to our one hotel we booked was awfully run down and not in a nice area. We picked this hotel because it had good reviews and it was close to what we wanted to do. We had an excellent stay here and the staff was very accommodating. Rae at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us booked quickly. We needed rooms for 8 people and she took care of all of us within minutes. She was able to put us next to each other as well. She is very professional and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you Rae for all your help.

Excellent Homewood Suites close to Buffalo’s 3 major highways.
We enjoyed every moment of our 6 night stay and made this hotel our home away from home.
Patrick at the front desk went out of his way to make sure that our reservation was updated and that we could check in 1 day early.
Great service !
Due to Covid the hotel did not offer maid service but on request dropped off fresh linens, towels, shampoo and dish liquid at our room several times during our stay.
One feature that stood out: This hotel has one of the nicest indoor pools and jacuzzi.
Guests can reserve the pool for 1 hour and after each visit the staff disinfects the pool area for the next reservation.
We will be back

We chose Homewood over cheaper options for the evening social and past experience with mean options. We were disappointed to find the evening social was canceled due to a holiday (we actually expected it to have been holiday themed), and the breakfast was subpar for hilton. The eggs were very oily and the pork sausage was undercooked and very pink inside - in fact the only one in our group to eat it fell ill the next day. Cheaper brands are offering better meals

Dear Euphomus, I am sorry that we disappointed you by not having the evening social. The Homewood brand does not offer the reception on major holidays and New Years in included in that. I will be sure to discuss the breakfast with the team. We will look into this since our sausage does arrive from our vendor pre-cooked. This is the first we are hearing of the sausage being pink. Stayed here for more than a month. Great location, quiet rooms. Full kitchen with a dishwasher which was so helpful as I prefer to cook my own food. Complimentary breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Will stay here again when needed.

BEWARE when booking a stay at this hotel. When I called the hotel to reserve a room, I was sent to a reservation service (Reservation Counter) without being informed that this was a separate agency from the hotel and not part of Hilton. I was charged for their service without my authorization. I never heard of this agency. This was a clear case of mis representation by the hotel representative and that agency.

Dear amjette, I apologize with any confusion there was when you made your reservations. This property does not work with any separate agencies to book reservations. We only work with Hilton so I do not know how you were put in touch with this agency. We have a direct line to connect to Hilton so there are no other phone numbers involved if we do need to transfer a reservation call. It can be tricky if you look online. Had a very good experience at this property. Checking in was great checking out was great Sarah and Ray made her visit very special. The housekeeping staff was very attentive to our needs. We were here for a little over a month. My only complaint and it's a personal thing but the pillows were pretty flat. Beds very comfortable shower very good plenty of pressure and hot water. The room itself is very updated very nice. Will definitely stay there again when in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location - close to restaurants and stores galore. The staff is friendly and helpful staff. There are great amenities- including gas grills, pool, basketball, pool and spa. There was a small efficient kitchen area on our room along with a sizable area for relaxing, which was separate from the bedroom and bathroom area. Worked well for our family stay. Would highly recommend.

I loved it there, near many stores, and the expressway. Traffic is heavy in the early morning but the area is great. I love the housekeeping staff, they always made sure I was good and that I didn't need anything.

Location was good, right next to highway. We only stayed for a night as we were on the road but nothing much to dislike. Breakfast was alright, but it got really busy at a point of time. Our room was on ground floor thus a little less privacy and quiet with neighbors constantly passing by.

This hotel does not provide security onsite to protect their workers and guests. Criminals busted down the door and robbed this place at gun point putting everyone at risk. I'm sure they want to save money and not pay for overnight security which shows how much they care about their employees or guests. For a company with so much money, they are sacrificing your safety for profit! Avoid this hotel if you want to be safe!!!

Dear 06446kevink, We do understand your concern regarding the unfortunate situation that happened. Our safety of our staff and guests is our top priority. The employees on that evening did follow all safety procedures that they have been trained to do. Contrary to your comment, we did have security on that night. I do wish you had approached me during your stay about this and I would have explained that to you. This was a horrifying event for us to experience and it does hurt to read that we do not care about our employees. Nothing could be further from the truth. I doubt one room could hold seven, but you might see if they have adjoining rooms.
I'm sorry. It was just me and my husband. All we needed was a room with one bed in it and we did not inquire about a larger group. I think you can get 2 adjacent rooms, each room with a regular bed and a pull out sofa bed. The best thing to do is call them since I am sure they are more than happy to help.
