I stay here frequently for work in the area. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean. Nice gym and pool. It has a partial kitchen and there are grills available outside if you want to grill. Convenient to restaurants and the airport. Breakfast is typical for hotel.

Check in was fast and security deposit only $10. Room was awesome! Very spacious, updated and most importantly clean. Room also had a full fridge and kitchenette. Loved that the bathroom had a large shampoo and body wash dispenser as with a family of 6 the mini shampoos that most hotels have usually are not enough. They should add conditioner to the large dispenser too. Also loved that the bathroom actually had a working bathroom fan as most hotels don’t. Wasn’t a fan of the sliding bathroom door with no lock. Very comfortably slept 6 people. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool as the temperature of the water was great. The breakfast was meh. Didn’t have much of a selection but can’t complain as it was free. Didn’t like the pre-made breakfast sandwiches as they all had pork with the exception of the 1 with turkey sausage. Overall a great stay!

Staying for a UB visit or a trip to the "Falls" you will not be disappointed with this hotel. Easy access to the highway makes travel to all destinations a breeze. In the past four days I’ve stayed at three different Hilton properties between Oneonta Buffalo and Horseheads. From this I think I’m a pretty good judge now of Hilton properties that are handling covid precautions correctly and incorrectly. The home 2 suites up in Buffalo at this point would be a property I would avoid. There were people walking around the lobby as well as grounds not wearing face protection even though there were signs stating it’s mandatory. When we got to the room there was no door sticker guaranteeing that this room has been cleaned and had not been entered. There was no sleeve on the controller for the TV showing that it’s been cleaned. The other two Hilton properties I have stayed at went the distance having the stickers in the sleeves and notes in the room stating that this room had been cleaned. The pool was a free-for-all there were more than the limited number of people that should have been in the pool again not wearing any protection when not in the pool. I totally blame this on the management of the hotel. To make it worse my wife was actually challenged by a non-face mask wearing patron of the hotel as to why she was wearing a mask and she must have Covid because of it. I cannot believe the actions of some people but I guess we have to deal with these people and move on. The location of the hotel was great and I’ve stayed at home 2 suites before and absolutely love the rooms. This is one location I will probably never go back to.

Recently stayed for a few days on business. This is a brand new hotel and still has that brand new smell. The Home2 brand is one I am happy to stay at for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, most are new buildings, the accommodations include a full kitchenette including dishes and microwave, apartment size fridge and dishwasher, the rooms are spacious with a lounge area in each, large TVs, and a full hot/cold breakfast along with pool, business center, fitness room and patio, some with outdoor fireplaces. This location did not disappoint. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, the amenities are excellent and the location is very close to tons of shopping and dining as well as access to I290 and tourist attractions. This is a good one for the weekend shopping warrior, just minutes from the Canadian border, big box stores and the outlet malls are close. Quiet and relaxing when it needs to be with all the modern utilities in room for working while charging all your devices. I highly recommend this brand and this location.

This is a very nice hotel, newly built you can still smell the new drywall, paint and carpet. The designer did an awesome job with colors. Its modern and the best part is everything works even though it’s new not the case in all new hotels as a hotelier myself. The mattresses were amazing and the view from my room was perfect. Thank you and congratulations on this amazing property all the best with revenues.

I stayed at the HOME2Suites by Hilton Amherst. Polite and courteous staff. Clean environment, Great complimentary breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Nice workout gym. Ample free Parking. Close to I-290. Few miles to Niagara Falls. Hey guys, keep up the nice work. If you plan to be in the Niagara /Buffalo area, I recommend you consider staying at this location. You will be glad you did.

Honestly this hotel is a glorified Motel 6. There is no daily room service so you will have dirty towels and trash in your room your entire stay unless you put it outside your door. The walls, floors and doors are very thin. Although newer, there was visible slopped paint along the baseboards. You can tell it was a rushed job to complete the hotel. Yep, they have a full refrigerator and dishwasher in the room and dishes for convenience. Be sure to check the bedding and toilets for cleanliness as I had to switch rooms because there was various hair strands on the sheets and urine under the toilet seat. The only positive is the free parking and location. I will never stay here again.

This hotel is clean, safe and has spacious rooms. The front desk staff is friendly and the 24 hour coffe/hot cocoa/tea bar is great. This hotel is easily accessible off of the highway, the parking lot is well lit and safe. It’s minutes from U of Buffalo and an east quick drive to Niagara Falls.

Stayed 1 night as we were passing through. This is the fourth or fifth time we’ve stayed at Home2 suites. This is fast becoming our favorite chain. All the rooms are suites with large fridges. The pool is shallow, and safe for our 10 year old to swim safely. The gym & laundry facilities are much appreciated, and this particular location offers complementary washers & dryers, just bring your own soap. Beds are comfy and we heard zero noise from the rooms next to us.
Breakfast was busy, but the items were stocked and nothing ran out, my youngest was happy to have a waffle with chocolate chips.

Hi Wanda, There are Tour Companies that do full guided Tours of the Falls. We can also arrange for a Taxi to take you to Niagara Falls or help you with the City Bus schedule.
