I went for a work trip and had to go with my 3 month old baby. The hotel gave us a cot bed and provided warm meals to the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. It is a good place for conferencing. I also enjoyed the braai and traditional menus. Overall good experience.

The hotel staff seem to have mastered the art of conferencing . Accommodation is stunning after renovations. Request for the E - block rooms if you enjoy recently renovated feel. Peacocks roam freely on well maintained grounds.

Stayed for one night for a workshop. Due the the limited choices in the area, we were stuck with this option. The rooms are really shabby (stayed in 12C). Linen on the bed was clean, but the towels looked and felt old and grimy. Rooms need a major overhaul. The shower is over the bath - but with no curtain,...

We often pass through Kadoma on our way to Lake Kariba for a holiday. We use the Kadoma Hotel as a stop over. The hotel has been freshened up lately with new linen and paint. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Gardens are well kept and the best part of our stay is the helpful, friendly and efficient staff. We...

This hotel just has too much space that is well managed. Great food and drinks. Great customer service and all for a reasonable price. Checkout for price specials during the course of the year. The hotel accepts various payment methods.

With the "Refreshing" campaign of the Rainbow Tourism Group going on, this place is not different. Courteous staff from the security gate, reception and dining area made my short stop over a "refreshing" break. Reasonably priced meals and snacks. It was interesting to check out the hotel's environmental drive on their field where vegetables are grown without fertilizers and chemicals...

Checked in for a conference. Arrived at 0800hrs, after several trips to the reception, i was finally allocated a room at around 1830hrs as the hotel was quite full and 'the cleaning' took forever.the key cards were also acting up so had to wait in line to have my allocated room opened by the guy with the master key. That...

Stayed at Kadoma Hotel n Conference centre for 2 nights over a training workshop. The rooms and furniture were comfortable but tired looking. Decor can be spruced up. New fittings in bathrooms would be great. Can do with more channels on DSTV. Food was great and staff were courteous . Overall nice conference facilities.

Ideal for conferences without disturbances from the busy office in Harare. Reliable Wi-Fi service. The stay was very comfortable despite the cold weather. Rooms were warm. Hot bathwater available through and through. I enjoyed the meals especially the traditional lunch on Wednesday and the braai on Thursday. Beautiful and friendly peacocks and their hens. Thank you for the herbs and...

I stayed at Kadoma Hotel during this year's Easter time. The rooms did not have enough standard supplies to start with and you would get one complimentary bottle of mineral water. I had to ask for a fridge which was brought upon request. Noise. On Saturday evening the Hotel had a band going in the grounds and the noise in...
