Staff tried hard but not well supported by management who were absent during our stay. Food was poor but there are a lot of other options a short walk away. Cleaning was minimal, lawns were not well maintained and needed to be crossed to use bathroom facilities.

I stayed with a group of 15 spread over 3 dorms for 3 nights. When booking we were quoted $14USD per person per night for the dorms which suddenly changed to $8USD when we said what we had been quoted elsewhere and threatened to leave. Ruth was great when we checked in but we didn't see her again. Staff were...

Because of the rooftop tent, we couldn't go to the Jollyboys Backpackers. We had a big spot to place the jeep and the tent. Desktops with internet connection, a nice bar/restaurant, a free use kitchen, ... It was really quiet and it's within walking distance of the city center. The staff was very friendly as well.

After 10 days of wildlife camping in Botswana we were looking forward to 4 nights of relaxation, peace and quiet. Well, the room was peaceful and quiet but it was also dark, smelly and hot, hot, hot. For the price they are charging we did expect a little more. Service was also almost non-existing, except when you dealt with Ruth....

We camped for a few nights, it's only a few mins walk from centre of Livingstone. Facilities are good, a small pool, big cushions to laze about on, cookers and fridge available to use. We preferred this to Livingstone backpackers as it was peaceful at night.

This camp was clean and functional. The price was fair for the facilities on offer. It would have been helpful to know beforehand about the load shedding as we could have come better prepared to manage that. The pool was well used by our kids and the cooking facilities were well maintained. There was a nice garden space for relaxing...

A group of 13 of us stayed here in August 2015. It's a short walk from Livingstone town centre and if walking at night I'd definitely take a torch as it's very dark along the streets at night. The stay are very friendly at the camp and couldn't be more helpful. We went to Victoria falls and caught the minibus...

There is load shedding at the moment in Zambia due to low rain fall and not enought water to run the hydrelectrical plants to meet demand. Reception has a scheudle listing when the lectricty will be off. They have a generator to compensate - which is fine during the day but late at night and first thing in the morning...
