Waterberry Lodge, Livingstone: 19th – 22nd August 2016 Staying here was a wonderful way to unwind after our first experience of a safari holiday. Waterberry is a beautiful tranquil spot on the banks of the great Zambezi River; a place to stop and take stock of all we had seen and experienced during the previous week in South Luangwa before...

Stayed here for 3 nights to start our African adventure and it was perfect! Lovely, quiet and relaxing place overlooking the Zambezi. The accommodation is lovely, staff are great and want to do everything to make your stay perfect. Recommend the sunset cruise that they include in the stay. Great that it's out of Livingstone but still near enough for...

Stayed three nights. The lodge is in a great location right on the river. The accommodation is good and the food excellent. The included trips are varied and very interesting. Depending on what time of year you go I would definitely go to the trouble and expense of viewing the falls from the Zimbabwe side. It is well played out...

This place is a real treat. There are only a few lodges, so the staff are very much focused on you. Our lodge was so close to the Zambezi we could have jumped off our patio straight in, that is had it not been for the crocodiles and hippos, of which there were plenty. The food is very good quality...

We just spent three days here at the end of a month-long trip to Namibia and Zambia. What a great place to unwind and relax by the banks of the Zambezi. Best of all was the outstanding service by the staff, most of whom come from the nearby community which forms a proud partnership with Waterberry. Two sunset cruises revealed...

We stayed in Waterberry Lodge for two nights at the start of our Safari Drive holiday. It was absolutely marvellous. Lovely accommodation with free wifi and electric blankets. Delicious food and beautiful setting. We ate outside and, because the evenings in Zambia are chilly, they brought out big charcoal heaters to keep us warm. Coffee and tea were always available...

The 'rooms', common areas and grounds at Waterberry Zambezi Lodge are really beautiful, and it's a lovely place to unwind for a couple of days between safaris. Lovely staff and great food make it even more special.

Well upstream from the Victoria Falls, this immaculate lodge was a delightful place to stay. Starting with a great welcome, we were shown to our very comfortable rooms. For us, the lodge overlooking the river was the the highlight. Whether for meals on the terrace overlooking the river, drinks around the fire beforehand or coffee in the upstairs sitting area....
