Just check in yesterday, no parking area for car, must parking outside. Room cost 40 bucks for double without breakfast and you have to order and having breakfast at lobby with terrible food. We have 4 families stay and they are not allow you to have BBQ even next to the beach, at the public area! If you want to... More

We were a bit annoyed that we hadn't been informed (at booking or check in) that there were building works that stopped us being able to access the beach (and was quite noisy). However, staff were friendly and went through what was included in the room with us (safe, water, tea, etc). We paid around £20 for the one night,... More

Horrible service! We went there for breakfast and ordered one mango juice beside other dishes. When we tried the juice, it tasted odd. We wanted to give it back and were really friendly (since its not a big deal and can happen sometimes), but the woman in the kitchen came out and started to shout at my boyfriend. We were... More

Our small room with peak of water view and good size deck, was clean, functional and well looked after. The pool is great, hang over the edge & look at the sea which is just in front. The garden is mature with big gorgeous trees & flowers. They are fixing the sea wall at the moment but still great swimming... More

My brother and I spent 2 weeks here over Christmas 2014/2015. This was our second visit in the last few years. The staff are all warm and friendly and remembered us from our first visit which was a nice feeling. We originally had booked the ocean front bungalow, as our mother was going to be coming on the holiday as... More

The pool area was lovely and a good size for a small resort. The staff were attentive The breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard.... More

After staying the first night at a different spot in Mui Ne I moved to Sunshine Beach Resort, which is a small, cosy, clean and lovely place. The members of staff are very helpful, friendly and english-speaking and I felt very welcome from the first moment. The atmophere is nice and relaxed. Pool, terrace and restaurant are never crowed, same... More

This was a wonderful surprise. Reasonably priced rooms in a really well kept garden. The pool is lush and the sound of the waves omnipresent. The staff is really sweet and helpful always smiling. The rooms are basic but clean and the storage is plenty enough and cleaned daily. Great option on the beach if Mui Ne. Which all the... More

Apparently it is a 2 star resort, looked way better than that. Rooms were OK, nothing special. Pool, beach and surroundings were great. Restaurants and bars are around the corner. Joe's bar is two doors away, nice place to have a beer at night.

“Rooms on the main floor are better than the upper rooms; also, sea view rooms are nicer than garden view but that is a given. I would definitely enquire about the deck for the ocean front bungalows, as they were being repaired when we were there at Christmas 2014 and I would not want to stay in them unless the decks were usable.”

“Bungalows have no wifi. Awkward interactions with adjoining unfriendly bungalow couple. (Never heard them talk loud enough to find out what country they were from). Waves created a sinkhole right in front of porch that was temp fixed with a plank. Bungalows also have awkward tv position so you can't lay in bed comfortably and watch tv.”
