We stayed only 1 night at room 401. We checked in finding the bed sheet is stained with footsteps, probably didn't get changed after previous occupancy. The fridge in the minibar is full of stains of food left-overs and smelling of cockroach. We had to ask for room service and waited for couple of hours for the room-service lady comeback...

I choosed the hotel because of the budget rates and the location at the river, stayed there two nights. The view from my balcony overlooking the river was fantastic. Rooms was small but ok, everything I needed. The market, Cham Museum and the "dragon bridge" are in walking distance.

The location is convinient, near Han river, so beautiful in the evening, but the quality of this hotel is so terrible. stinky room, bad service, they even dont change the tower every day. it's not worth to spend for money

Actually, it may not have been other rooms, it may have been the next building? In any case, we could hear the shower? heater (or some sort of motor?) running clear as day in our room. Rooms are quickly starting to show their age and ours definitely had some mildew going on, probably not helped by a tub/shower that took...

Our room had a balcony with a lovely view of the river which was quite spectacular at night. During the day it was fun to watch people exercising, strolling and otherwise entertaining themselves along the promenade. The rooms was satisfactory although the bathroom had one of those hand held showers between the toilet and the sink, so that the water...

Some people here mention that the staff is unfriendly, I just found the receptionist socially awkward. Don't know what room was given to the guy from Lonely Planet, as I did not recognize the characteristics. The style of the rooms is not simplistic, like "IKEA"-style. It's more spartan, and rather small. This is a room to sleep in, not to...

We stayed at this hotel for six nights while in DA Nang. We first booked a room with a river view which appeared to be quite nice however the shower was the type that had a showerhead in the centre of the bathroom with no enclosure. This would have meant living with a wet bathroom for six days. We were...

The room is simple, clean & comfortable. The decor is modern and more elegant than the price tag. Bathroom is well presented & stocked. Yes, the shower is a bit splashy. However, if you can't deal with that, pay more. The reception staff organised some local travel. Hoi An was 500k for a return trip taking 4 hours. It's probably...

Ended up here late after finding cockroaches in the hotel we originally booked and were given a room with a nice view straight away. When asking for the train to hue, owner helped us out by getting train hours and even arranging ticket for us the next day. Overall very pleased with service and room, good value option for a...

We read about this hotel in Lonely Planet, I'll be writing to them suggesting they remove the hotel from there recommended list. We got a front room overlooking the river which you may think "great" but it was noisy, the traffic beep beeps all night, there a bar next door that goes into the wee small hours, none of which...
