Highly recommend Sincerity. The best service we have received at a hotel thanks to all of Hieu's help. Lovely pool, and nice comfortable rooms. The shuttle isn't running at the moment but it is easy and very cheap to take taxis if you want - it is a 15-20min walk to the old town. We would stay again. Thank you!
My wife and I recently spent 18 nights at the Sincerity, having originally booked for 10, but extending we liked it so much. There were only a couple of minor issues of concern (see "Cons" below), which probably warranted a rating of 4.5 if this was possible. Pros: - hotel is well located in a quiet street midway between the Old Town and An Bang beach, both of which are about 3km away. Taxi to An Bang 50-60k each way. - small convenience stores nearby as well as several restaurants within easy walking distance eg. ROM & Tin Tin and Rosies Cafe. Kayo coffee house is also a great spot for a coffee or smoothy. Recommend the coconut coffee- great!! - free bikes available (refer to cons below) - Clean spacious rooms. We were upgraded from a Deluxe to Junior room, which was spacious and well furnished and featured a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the street and parkland opposite, comfy beds, super hot shower over a bath, cold fridge with a freezer compartment (a rarity in other hotels we have stayed at), writing desk, excellent WIFI, flat screen TV with lots of channels to choose from, including ABC Australia. NOTE: We took the opportunity to check out a Deluxe Room during our stay and it also looked quite nice albeit it didn't have an outlook. It did, however, have a separate shower cubicle. - fantastic buffet breakfast, taken in the adjoining Anios "Sister" hotel, just a short walk through the pool area. It was continually replenished, and comprised many Asian and Western options, including egg and pho station, special fried rice, noodles, sausages, wedges, crispy bacon, baked beans and other hot dishes, as well as a good selection of pastries, cakes, and fruit. Coffee (Hot and iced) and tea was also available on request. - spacious dining area with adequate tables for guests and super efficient friendly staff who ensured tables were promptly cleared. A special thanks to Ha Vy who went out of her way to serve us in any way she could even bringing us our usual tea and coffee each morning as soon as we sat down. - Large swimming pool (see cons) with a separate shallow section for kids, a few lounges, tables and chairs, and 3 covered swing lounges. - good gym with exercise bike, free weights etc to help work off the extra Kg's - Lovely reception staff (Suong and Hieu in particular) , who were so welcoming and helpful. Cons: - The water in the main pool was not especially clear and had a slight green algae on the bottom tiles in sections. The pool is not ideally suited to non swimmers being 1.4 deep at the shallow end. - There were 6 sun lounges but only one umbrella; far from ideal given the pool deck was in full sun for most of the day. - The free bicycles, although much appreciated and very useful, were poorly maintained. The brakes on most didn't work (a real safety risk in the Hoi An traffic) , bells on some were broken, and many had clunky cranks. A few were also out of order the 2.5 weeks we were there with flat tyres, loose handlebars etc. It is understood that action is in hand to address this issue.…
Stayed 23/5/22 - 27/05/22 I’ve been coming to Sincerity for the last 7 years and like always this stay was great. The interaction with staff is great as they are always willing to help with anything. Viet Nam is just starting to get tourist back into the country so expect a few things to be closed. Positives: • Rooms • Staff • Pool • breakfast • Location (3 minutes to old town by taxi and about 5 minutes to An Bang beach) The only thing is that at the moment it’s very quiet, which while great at times, the vibe changes just a little. Also, no cocktails or other alcoholic drinks because the bar is currently closed. This will change as tourism kicks in again. To all staff, thank you, and to the ladies at reception who I practiced my Vietnamese with, thanks for all the laughs.…
My husband and I had a great stay. Our room was amazing and we received an upgrade on booking in. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We were in the top floor with city view. We decided to stay and extra 2 nights and upgrade to the spa room which is massive with a lovely pool view. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. The location is perfect and is very quiet with just a short stroll to the centre of town. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. We will definitely be back.
We have stayed at Sincerity Hotel & Spa for 4 nights. This was the first place in Vietnam where we didn’t hear noises or scooters. Wauw, so quiet and still near to the old town. You can hire bicycles for free and in a few minutes you arrive in the old town. The beach is only 15 minutes by bike. The staff is very kind and helpfull. The are interessed and always in for a talk. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with a balcony. The airco works fine. We recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An!
Really nice hotel with good facilities and equipment. We was warm welcome from the friendly staff, they are so nice and helpful. The pool was amazing! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Well done!
This was a nice hotel just outside of the central area but they offer free shuttle bus to the ancient town and the beach. The staff in the hotel couldn't be more helpful and the room was spacious and clean . My only compliant would be the pool as it wasn't as large as it looks in the images and was full of families when we stayed so was busy and noisy but you could go the beach . Food was good but there are very nice restaurants around the hotel (Tin Tin restaurant round the corner from the hotel) and in the ancient city.
Super friendly and professional staff, beautiful spacious and clean high standard room. Large swimming pool, gorgeous breakfast. A well equipped gym. Situated just in the middle way of beach and old town. Free bicycle to use just an extra comfortable thing, however you have complimentary shuttle bus to and from downtown or the beach. Simply highly recommended.
Tho hotel is situated just a bit outside the Old City of Hoi An. We stayed for three nights with them and felt absolutely comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel offers complimentary bus shuttle to its guests to the Old City and back. Hoi An, being in close proximity to My Son, we took a car to My Son and back all arranged by the hotel at a very competitive price. As such, we completed two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in short span of time. The staff are all extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are very spacious and their restaurant serves grand breakfast buffet! Special mention goes to Flora and Phoebe who were on their feet to entertain all the guests and make them feel at home! Overall, we had the best stay possible in Hoi An and would stay again with them the next time we visit Hoi An.…
