We stayed here for 4 nights in June '11. It was one of the pricier places in Hoi An but it is a pleasant place to spend a few days. The hotel is based around a pretty courtyard. Nice breakfast and free bikes for getting around the town (otherwise a 5 minute walk to Old Town). One criticism - our...

If you do stay at Ha An, you must not use it as a benchmark to compare with other hotels because you will probably end up disappointed. We stayed here two days and although a pool was missing (like lots have mentioned), we were thoroughly impressed. The first impression was already very good. We were served a nice tall glass...

We stayed in Hoi An as a part of tour holiday in Vietnam and Ha An is very good hotel woth very nice service. Friendly staff, they are always willing to help when ever we step out of the hotel. We enjoy the old town very much with shopping area close to everything we need. We did biking from me...

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival we had the most amazing welcome, staff were so polite and the rooms were really nice. Staff pay so much attention to detail, starting from the welcome drink to rose petals in the room and a free fruit basket. The hotel offered free bicycles and...

The Ha An hotel is very nice and clean but the standard rooms are so small you don’t have anywhere to put your suitcase, I would recommend upgrading your room if your budget allows. We upgraded for an extra $30 per night and the new room was great except for the shower which has pebble flooring which attracted alot of...

We love the bed setting with lovely rose petals. Great location at the edge of old quarter. Free bicycle. Couple with reasonable spa next door make our stay enjoyable to hide away from the burning summer sun at Hoi An.

The Ha An is all its cracked up to be. Its very comfortable and the location is fantastic! The towels are soft and fluffy and there's great attention to detail here - excellent value. I agree it would be perfect if it had a pool but here's a tip. You can use the pool at the Life Heritage Resort down...

The Ha An was a perfect place to be based, just outside of the old town and walking distance to everything. It was also a very relaxing hotel to come back to after walking or riding all day in the the heat. I found the staff exceptionally professional, the rooms clean and peaceful, and the attention to detail amazing, especially...

I have read a few other reviews before I write this... and yes, of course... agree with a couple of comments... one staff member seemed tired, some of the brekky sometimes not so fresh (elements of)... but I do believe that we have such huge expectations for our 'turn' somewhere... that I will give this hotel such a glowing review......

“Our room 205 was very nicely appointed with a big and comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and shower. Furniture is slightly worn , but functioning, and adds to the retro charm of this hotel. There is also a veranda. The street in front of the hotel is quite busy and there is some traffic noise. Rooms further back from the road would probably be quieter. ”
