Very quick friendly check in and greeted with a cold tea drink. This is a hotel with no lift and 3 stories high. Suitcases are taken to room for you. When we went to use the TV it had a problem so then went to phone staff re this but phone was not working. Both these problems attended to very...

Stayed a number of days on our trip to Hoi An. Not far from downtown, it's more of a resort than a hotel, with lovely gardens and a lilypad pond. The staff were the VERY best. Made it easy for us to get comfortable with great breakfast and travel back to Da Nang. They had free bicycles that we used...

Paper thin walls and were kept awake by reception staff talking then woken by their kids in the morning, damp and a little mouldy, very poor shower pressure, bed sunk in middle. Moved 2 1/2...

I have stayed here a number of times and may use it again. Nothing special about the rooms - the two upstairs are a bit better, but it has a great location in the old part of Hoian, mid way between the market and the Japanese bridge. It has a small courtyard at the front. It is fairly cheap, but...
