Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We stayed here as part of a tour group (2 adults and 2 teenagers in 2 rooms). Rooms are large, tidy and well appointed. Our room had a lovely little veranda overlooking the river. Pool facilities and grounds are very nice. Room servicing was a bit hit and miss over the 3 days but was acceptable. Breakfast was only average particularly if you got there after 7:30 Location is good with Taxi into town centre costing 50-60k VND. There are some nice small restaurants within close walk also. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Would stay again

The hospitality in this hotel was excellent. The rooms are large and clean with opening French doors onto a porch so plenty of fresh air and the view of the river a few metres away. The breakfast was excellent and there is a golf buggy with driver to take you into the town but it's an easy 10 minute flat walk along the river. We were made to feel very welcome and Jessi was fantastic and so helpful. Would definitely recommend. Phil. Australia.

A really lovely experience for the 3 nights we stayed there. Staff are super friendly and attentive, restaurant and spa are very good. We got 2 adjoining rooms to cater for our 17 yo, a massage for two, dinner one night at the restaurant and a couple of drinks each day by the pool. All up cost $204 AUD which is excellent value.

We were here as part of a hour group. Three teenagers in one room my husband and I in another. Love the space of the rooms and the view of the local paddy fields from our balcony. The hotel is a 10 minute car trip to the old city, however will cost you no more than 100,000 vd. Worth the money the be out of the crowds. Breakfast buffet was ok.

The Hoi An Riverside Resort e Spa is amazing! The service is excellent, the staff are extremely concerned with making our stay perfect. The Hotel area is so quiet, it has a great pool and a great spa, ideal to relax after a long day of walking. The breakfast with rivervew is unforgettable. We are presently staying here with another couple and we'll be here for a total of 7 days. We can't say enough about this resort. The staff are AMAZING!! From the lovely fellow who greets us as we come and go to the receptionists, restaurant and poolside staff. Everyone is just so wonderful. Literally a 5 min. walk to the night market and Old Town and yet far enough away that you're out of the hustle and bustle. The buffet breakfast that is included in our room is switched up daily and there's something for everyone. The pool is a big infinity edge pool right on the river with lots of loungers. They offer free shuttle to An Bang beach which is a real bonus as there are plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We would highly recommend this resort and if we ever come back to Hoi An (this is our third time) we will definitely stay here. We only wish we had discovered it the last 2 times we were here.

The hotel at best is OK. The ground floor rooms were not good, required a proper clean. Insist on a second floor room as they are a better standard. The hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating due to the lack of attention to detail.

Not the best of hotels. Upon arrival we were very happy with the room. Not a great location as a taxi is needed to get into Hoi An. Sheets weren’t clean. Breakfast needs improvement. Staff seem helpful.

Arrived late at 9pm, room had twin beds instead of double, ( my problem with language), however staff upgraded us to another within 2 minutes... great. Restaurant and wait staff then provided a great meal and service even though we were the last and only customers there at that time. Food was excellent, wait staff patient with our requirements and made our first meal in Vietnam very enjoyable. Front desk and all staff very helpful. Rooms good size, clean, great view over river. Bathroom large and well set out.. Buffet breakfast as good as if not better then anywhere else we have eaten at. Enjoying Hoi An, so if we come back, we will be back there.
