Good location for the old town or cycling to the beach, breakfast was a bit disappointing (omelette & bread- very basic), staff are helpful and friendly. Dorm room on ground floor was fine, single beds, good mattress. Slept well DO NOT book the bus from Hoi An to Ninh Binh with them though as they use the Queen Café Bus...

For the price of the hostel it makes sense what you get. The beds were comfortable and the room was ok. The floor was constantly dirty and the bathroom had no shower curtain so the floor was constantly wet. The light in the bathroom was broken for the entire 3 days I was there and the staff did nothing about...

Stayed 2 nights because of it's good location - 10 minute walk to the main touristy part of the old town. There were stains on my bed sheets and towel but it wasn't the end of the World. Wifi could be decent at times and there's a good choice in breakfast. Noisy at night on the ground floor and nowhere...

Very friendly service from all staff as well as good service with booking a car to airport, laundry service. Nothing was a problem. Nice private room. Good breakfast. Wifi worked well. Excellent location.

Good hotel, great location. Staff was nice and helpful, done everything we asked for (airport transfer for 350k, ship a box to Europe). They obviously read reviews, our room was newly repainted (so it still smelled quite bad). I recommend paying little extra for double bed. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was really quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I think we had the best shower here during our whole trip in Vietnam. Wifi is decent, the included breakfast was good.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk from the ancient town. Friendly staff. The room is clean, but the bathroom can get really messy. There is a bathtub in the bathroom without any shower curtain. So the bathroom gets really wet and slippery when someone takes shower. There is a locker under each bed, but the locks are usually broken. The...

Had a very nice time at the Hoi Pho hotel. No complaints, really. Good atmosphere, clean rooms, cheap beer, and good breakfast, Very helpful staff, too. Extended my stay by 2 nights I was enjoying Hoi An so much.

Unfortunately the poor state of cleanliness rules out all of the positives in this hotel. I stayed in the dorm room, and my sheets had not been changed - they were stained and wet? There were good crumbs on my bed and the pillow had a tear in it. There was dirt and crumbs all over the floor. It was...

Booked this hotel after reading positive reviews on booking.com. Everything was very average, have paid less for much better rooms/service in other parts of Vietnam. Wifi works well, bed is relatively comfortable, bathroom is quite old, breakfast is underwhelming, location is good
