My wife and I stayed for 9 nights in a Super Deluxe room with a river view. The hotel is excellently placed by the Riverside just outside the old town core but only a few minutes walk from the Japanese Bridge and the Night Market on An Hoi Islet. LaLuna is a very nice hotel with fantastic staff who are friendly, helpful and go beyond to make sure you have a great stay. All the reception staff and restaurant staff were lovely especially the food and beverage manager whose name unfortunately we cannot recall but she knows who we mean I'm certain. Our room was very comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings, a comfy bed and a very nice bathroom with shower and separate bath. The room is a very nice traditional Vietnamese design with solid quality dark wood furniture including lots of storage space. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.. we prefer the beach at An Bang which is a few minutes drive away by scooter which can be hired nearby. All in all the hotel is great value for money and we thoroughly recommend staying at the LaLuna Riverside Hotel.…
Very kind and clean room If we come to hoian later We are goning to use this hotel again! Nice! They are very helpful and good. Mr Nam vey friendly and nice Swimming pool and food are good. Breakfast very delicious We will come back
We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. We were very well reveived by the staff, everyone was very gentle and kind to us. As soon as we arrived they gave us a map and a quick briefing about things in Hoi An that we couldn't miss (about food and activities). The room was clean, the pool was good, the location right 3min by foot from the center and the hotel gave us any time bicycles to ride around. We enjoyed a lot the beautiful and romantic Hoi An and La Luna Hotel made our stay very pleasent.
Helpful staffs Chau, Thao and Nam recommended many nice eating options according to our liking. Mr Chau had good command of English and was friendly to our enquiries. Hotel is located in the serene part of the river so its peaceful. Be prepared to walk a distance to food and coffee under the hot weather. Room is clean and shower pressure is acceptable. Loved that the bathtub and shower are separate. Would be great if hotel could extend late check-out as complimentary since rooms are available and we checked-in in the evening as well.
Manager Mr Chau n his team were fantastic. Stayed there for 2 days. Helped my family so much in English translation with drivers, massages, and even helped book a car back to Danang. The team manning the breakfast was also good. Spread was decent but service was perfect. Location was so nice the old Town where the hype is. Could simply walk back. Massage was also private room instead of curtains. Welcoming place basked in warmth of the people. Helped travellers alot esp if u don't know the language
Absolutely beautiful property. So friendly and great attention to detail. It’s nice and close to Hoi An old town but far enough away you don’t hear the noise from town. It’s about 5 minutes walk. The pool is beautiful, rooms are nice and bright with great AC.
Great hotel, very central location and great staff. Chau and Nam were very helpful! We did experience a power outage at night but that was city-wide. Luckily the hotel had a backup generator. Breakfast options are limited for the western pallet but all ample
We booked 6 rooms for 10 people. We happened to arrive earlier than our check in time and they were supportive in keeping our luggages safe until check in time at 2pm. My husband and I are newlywed. We didn't tell them ahead of time and just simply mentioned it at the check in yet within a short of amount of time they prepared a surprise bed set up for us. The overall experience was relaxing. The location was perfect. And the food recommendation was spot on.
I enjoyed my stay at Laluna Hoian. Location: Good (only about 5-10mins) to old town Staff: Very friendly. all the staff members were nice and friendly. Nam helped me a lot and made sure I was comfortable entire my stay. Pool: Pristine clean! Room: Good. Spacious with garden view (1st floor) -Just a tiny bit noisy at times
What a beautiful little hotel. We booked a superior river view room and upon arrival we’re offered one one the second floor. The view was slightly obstructed so we asked for one on the third floor. They were so eager to help and accommodated us straight away. The views from the third floor were just as advertised. The room was lovely as was the pool. The absolute highlight was Nam. A wonderful guy who works in reception and guest relations. He was so helpful and just lovely.
