We had a fantastic seven nights at this hotel. Before we arrived we had email conversations with Jane, the Front Office Manager, who answered all queries we had about our stay. The check in process was easy and fast. All relevant information was provided and our questions were answered. Our room was clean, comfortable and the balcony provided a great view over the pool and the Hoi An surroundings. The bed was extremely comfortable and as a relatively light sleeper, I was very pleased about this. After an excellent breakfast, which included a wide variety of dishes and accompaniments, we meet Natalie the Assistant Executive Manager. She warmly welcomed us and offered her ongoing assistance. All of the staff at this hotel were professional, caring and helpful. If they did not fully understand English, ( I wish I knew more Vietnamese ), they quickly found someone who could. I truly appreciated their effort and care. Both Natalie and Jane assisted me in arranging my husband’s fiftieth birthday gift and went the extra mile throughout the week. The staff, the space, the restaurant, the food, the pool, the staff. Oh. And the staff... We got a very nice room, with a very good view. The room had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Natalie, Jane, Phuong, Tin, Ran, Diep, and so many more. Oh! And Jolie!! Who,.along with the chef's arranged congee for when I felt poorly. So friendly, genuinely caring, considerate and helpful. Jane and Natalie helped my husband with finding wrapping paper for my 50th birthday present, and then framed it (Jane) and then wrapped it (Natalie). BEYOND WONDERFUL! We loved our stay at Allegro. Very friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with lots of variety. We got upgraded to a larger room which was appreciated since we are a family of four. The complimentary bikes were a great way to get around town. The pool was a tiny bit warm for my liking, but not a big deal. Perfect location close to Old town.

It’s a small quaint hotel 5mins walk to the old town; good location slightly away from the buzz if you prefer some peace. Clean and pleasant. Great spa facilities, with sauna and steam room, massages are reasonably priced. Good selection of breakfast buffet with good quality food. Hotel manager and staff are always friendly and checking in with guests on their stay. Highly recommended!

A very lovely and friendly hotel in a good location. Non-smoking throughout, a beautiful pool, a decent breakfast full of options, and decent dinner at the restaurant. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Would recommend for anyone coming to Hoi An.

Cute little hotel out of the hustle and bustle of center city. No AC in the lobby or central area, but the rooms get quite cool. Beds are decent, but the walls are way too thin. We heard every single thing going on throughout. Breakfast could be improved for sure. Overall, not a bad option but I wouldn’t remotely associate the word luxury with this property.

Lovely hotel with clean roomy room & bathroom, warm fantastic service by the staff. They have a lovely pool and excellent happy hour session in the late afternoon which makes us want to chill by the pool everyday. The location is just outside the old town so it is away from the noise but near enough to walk. Very good breakfast spread and you can also use the bicycles in-house to go around town or cycle to the beach. At the end of our stay, we accidentally had a mobile phone slipped in a gap behind the toilet seat and they sent the maintenance crew with English speaking supervisors to update us on the situation. They removed the entire seat to retrieve the phone finally and we really felt so sorry about the inconveniences. Definitely is our choice to come back during the next getaway trip!…

Located an easy 10 minute walk from old town. This hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle (noise) of the old town. Hotel amenities are great, pool, day spa complimentary bikes and access to a beach chair at nearby by beach An Ong beach via Deckhouse Cafe/Restaurant. Breakfast offered excellent selection of Asian and Western foods, fresh and plentiful. Rooms were very spacious and clean, balcony was a nice size to enjoy drink on. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, my elderly Mum became unwell and an English speaking Doctor was arranged within 30mins. If I had to find a negative it was machine coffee not included with Breakfast.
