I spent three nights (12th - 15th March)at the Allegro Hoi An Hotel. Was welcomed on Thursday Night by the very friendly Nancy and provided with a welcome drink of Ginger Tea. I booked a junior suite which was a very good size with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower with two shower head including a rainfall shower. Bed was King sized 4 poster bed with centralised air conditioning.
Free Breakfast with a huge spread is included every morning and a free bowl of pho and a free set lunch is provided with every stay
Hotel is a short walk to old Town and there are street stalls set up at the top of the street selling Banh Mi's, Beer and other street food.
The hotel kindly provided a free transfer to Da Nang airport.
I recommend this hotel for people looking for a bit more luxury in Hoi An.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel. The location is fine just outside the old quarter and easy walking distance to the attractions, restaurants etc. The staff where incredibly attentive and they have a great attention to detail and cleanliness. Our room was facing the pool and it was beautifully decorated with a colonial feel. Sadly we stayed when there was some diggers opposite and in our view digging out a creak so the noise was a problem but we didn’t complain after all this is Vietnam. We would definitely stay again, The food, pool and spa are all top quality too. It’s writhing noting there’s plans to build another hotel or structure directly next door so may impact the ambience in the coming months, years.

I spend 10 days at this hotel and it was a great place to stay in the old town. It is a short walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the river and all the attractions & fabulous restaurants and there are plenty of tailors nearby. There is also a small convenience store close by.
It is a new looking hotel with a good size swimming pool. The room was very large with a big comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a seperate bath and shower and a balcony. There was fresh fruit and bottled water supplied to the room every day.
Breakfast was included and there is a good selection of fresh food with cold and hot dishes as well as made to order eggs and pho. I had dinner one night at the hotel and unfortunately the food was not in the same class as some of the amazing restaurants in the old town.
There is a spa centre where I took a massage a few times as there was a great special deal and also used the stream room.
A major highlight at the hotel are the very friendly and helpful staff who are just great.
I would certainly stay here again.

After our stay in Hue, we made our way down to Allegro Hoi An and this hotel has by far been the highlight of our Vietnam trip.
The hotel grounds are immaculately kept, the service is a 10/10 with the utmost kindness and happiness. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are luxurious and the beds are absolute dreams.
For our anniversary, they set up with flowers and a welcome brownie (yum). The breakfast buffet each morning has so much variety and you will start your day off full. We took a cooking class and that was a ton of fun. They start you off by taking you into the market so you can get the ingredients for your meal (paid for with the upfront fees for the class). The chef and our guide (Boo) were a ton of fun and the end goal was a delicious meal.
The fitness center is small but gets the job done. The pool is beautiful and the Ozone spa was exactly what we needed at the end of the day.
The location of the hotel is perfect also - just a 5 minute walk to the main part of town.
All in all, Allegro is absolute must if you’re staying in Hoi An.

The hotel is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had a lovely welcome complete with cake and an explanation of how to get to local sights.
The room was lovely - the bathroom in particular was huge with a massive bath!
It's really easy to walk to all the main sights from the hotel and felt very safe, even at night. There's a great tailoring shop (Kimmy's) just around the corner.
We had dinner in their sister restaurant in the centre, on lanterns street, one night (Faifo) which was lovely and we got a discount for being a hotel guest.
Bit odd that they made us wait on check out while they checked the room as we had a flight to catch.
Overall lovely stay for one night and we wish we could have stayed longer. Sure we will be back!

Second visit to Hoi An but first stay at Allegro. I did a lot of research before choosing this hotel as we enjoyed where we stayed the first time round but the location was a little challenging. Allegro has ticked all the boxes - it is perfectly positioned a short walking distance from the Ancient Town and everything that Hoi An has to offer. The hotel itself is stunning with the orange lanterns greeting you on arrival and the staff who truly care about making your experience the best it could be. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed, bathroom is huge, sheets are silky and beds superbly comfortable. The pool area is also beautiful however the water temperature was too cold to swim. There were definitely some braver souls in there but at this time of year (January) the pool wasn't in the sun long enough to heat up. Great spot to sit and read your book though. Cocktails at the hotel were not great (very light on the alcohol) but that was iterally the only thing I could mark them down on so that's pretty exceptional. Breakfast is huge and covers every type and style of cuisine. This hotel is very up front about their customer service mission and they certainly live up to (and in most cases exceed) expectations. Perfect location, excellent hotel, highly recommended.

Hoi An is renowned for its lovely boutique hotels and the Allegro Hoi An must be one of the nicest of all of them.
The hotel is located in a quiet street right on the edge of the Old Town and it takes only minutes to walk to the major tourist attractions near the river.
The hotel itself is in a lovely building that is in top condition and very clean. As soon as you walk in you can tell that the maintenance and housekeeping staff do a great job. Our Little Suite was well appointed and very comfortable.
All the staff we met during our visit were friendly and highly professional (including the charming Nancy and Sophie from guest relations) and had no difficulty communicating in English. They were always willing and able to offer assistance.
The hotel's daily buffet breakfast was of very good quality, with a surprising variety of options. Its bar is popular with guests and offers an exceptional happy hour from 4 pm to 6 pm every day, with all drinks on the menu - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic - 50% off their already reasonable prices. Sipping well made cocktails by the side of the pool was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending the Allegro Hoi An. Thank you to the management and staff for making this such a wonderful place to visit.

In February, stayed at the Allegro Hoi An for 3 nights. Part of the Little Luxury group, the Allegro provides luxurious, immaculate and spacious accommodation, an extensive breakfast buffet and particularly attentive and courteous staff. Little Hoi An is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to walk and bike ride to everything. Coming back to the hotel after exploring the town made me feel at ease, comfortable, safe, and relaxed.
The breakfast that is included is out of this world good - from fresh fruits, to local cuisines, to eggs, croissants and a variety of breads, you’ll be full up until lunch. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the beach daily and bikes to rent for free!
I must say, beyond location, amenities, and awesome food they have, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Nancy in particular was exceptional, she was kind, honest, always looking to help, gave some of the best recommendations, and treated me like I was a friend. She truly made my experience one that topped all the other hotels I stayed at during my trip.
Overall highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Hoi An!

Allegro is a relatively new hotel (just over two years old), fashioned after the grand, old hotel style, just on a smaller scale. It is a very comfortable and charming hotel with lots of old-world touches, such as a library, where we enjoyed cocktails during our two week stay. The rooms are comfortable and very well appointed, with all of the modern conveniences such as a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. The internet connection was excellent everywhere in the hotel, as well as around the large pool. The breakfast buffet was a fabulous spread of western and Asian dishes, and it was kept replenished. Natalie, a very hands-on manager, and her staff, work very hard to keep their guests happy. The entire staff is wonderful. There were so many kindnesses shown to us during our two-week stay that it is impossible to name everyone, but we would like to thank Natalie, Jane, Raven, and Paul for their extra attention and caring. Would we return? In a heartbeat!
