We cannot say enough good things about La Siesta Hoi An! It is probably the best hotel we have stayed at ever, anywhere in the world. The facilities are gorgeous, especially the pools. (We visited all 4 pools during our stay, and the infinity pool overlooking the rice paddy was our favorite.) The room was beautiful, with lovely views. Breakfast was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The staff was exceptional - so kind, helpful, and spoke excellent English. (Special thank you to Thuan!) They gave us amazing recommendations throughout our stay, and were very patient and accommodating during a couple of stressful moments. We found the location to be ideal - close enough to the Old Town to walk or bike (or a very short and inexpensive Grab/taxi ride), but far enough away that the hotel feels like a spacious, quiet oasis. We will always remember our stay at La Siesta Hoi An, and we sincerely hope we get to visit again one day!…

From start to finish we had the most amazing experience. We were given a huge 2 floor room decorated with beautiful green details overlooking the rice fields. The staff was very helpful and very friendly, smiley and personable. The 4 pools are very well maintained and the spa offered a -20% discount. The hotel is very close to the old town which makes it easy to visit. We love our weekend there. We were very sad to leave. See you soon!

The staff from the General Manager, front office, bell down the hospitality chain to gardeners,housekeeping Food and beverage and Maintenance all acknowledge guests with a smile. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the extraordinary La Siesta Hoi An Resort and Spa. It totally lives up to it's Trip Advisor rating of being the best resort in Hoi An. We reached very late in the night, past 10 pm and the reception team was waiting for our arrival. We were so generously upgraded to the Club Wing Premium Suite With Terrace by the warm and friendly Thu Thuan, the guest relations Manager. The Suite is gorgeous. A Claw foot Bathtub in the Suite!!. A jacuzzi out in the terrace with two loungers. The best view of the resort from the private terrace as well. A luxurious bed with poster silk cascading drapes. Breakfast at The Temple, (the exclusive restaurant for Club Wing Guests) was simply superb. 'Phuong' Bach at The Temple looked after us brilliantly. She is simply outstanding in her understanding of human kindness. She is a True Vietnamese Buddhist. Phuong took extra great care of our dietary vegetarian requirements with aplomb. Phuong ensured freshly prepared vegetarian dishes were served to us everyday. The food was simply amazing. Phuong and Thu Thuan were really the warm and friendly faces of La Siesta Hoi An for us. The Temple Restaurant is simply brilliant. Luxurious, with colonial old world charm, soft music and a grand piano to boot. The resort itself is extraordinary. Four swimming pools!!! Paddy field views. Once you enter the resort it envelops you in to another gorgeous and exotic world. Quiet, vast, where time slows down and birds chirping all around you. The Old Town, just a kilometre and half walk away is out of this world. We used to walk to and fro everyday to The Old Town, and would be blown away by its old world Vietnamese charm and buzz. Colorful Lanterns, hundreds of Boats, river and bridges, bars and cafes and exotic shopping, massage spas and hand drawn rickshaw rides. Doesn't get any better than Hoi An. It is an absolute must visit when in Vietnam. Can't wait to visit Hoi An again and stay for the second time at La Siesta Hoi An Resort and Spa. We loved our stay at La Siesta. Our room was clean, beautiful, and roomy. The beds were really comfy and soft. The AC worked great, which was nice after a day out in the heat. The four pools are clean and nice. It was nice to have that variety. The grounds are beautiful and well kept up. The free breakfast at Temple restaurant was plentiful and delicious with hot dishes, salads, lots of tropical fruits, omelette bar, breads, etc.. We also ate dinner there a couple of nights and enjoyed the selections and prices. It was easy to communicate with the staff at the hotel, restaurant, and spa, and everyone was kind and helpful. Also be sure to try out the massages at the spa, especially the four hands massage.

Resort can be an overused word. Not with La Siesta. Although there is no golf course, the property fits the resort motif beautifully. Three nicely appointed pools. Lush gardens, a fantastic spa, top quality restaurants, even an outdoor pool table will lure you into hiding out from the noise and chaos outside. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and free bikes available for cruising around made it easy and fun (but be very very careful!). The only bothersome things were loud children at the pool around 6:30am. The sign saying Quiet Hour 6:00-9:00 was not enforced. And a notice that outside food or hanging clothes in the sauna could result in high fines was unusual. Otherwise, it was hard to leave this lush paradise.

The service was exceptional, and the resort was the perfect place to take in Hoi An for a few days. The breakfast buffet is super delicious with many choices. The swimming pool is great for a mid afternoon dip and although close to Old Town, feels like a hidden oasis.

This is such a beautiful beautiful hotel! It gives you the feel of the Vietnam countryside so peaceful and green but still modern and comfortable. I booked the room with Agoda and I went with my husband and parents in-laws. Check in process was very smooth and welcome, love their welcome drink! The rooms are spacious and gorgeous but the noise cancelation is not so great (we can hear people next door and in the hallway). The 4 pools is a big plus, it's not super crowded and it gives you options. We tried both restaurants at the resort and the foods were phenomenal! Ms. Liệu who worked there is the sweetest and she taught us alot about Hội An, she made you feel well taken care of so please ask for her when you're there. The staffs in general are nice and helpful. We really enjoyed services from La Spa, the staffs were so sweet and their hot stone massage is very relaxing! We had a little bit of an issues about transportation but luckily the staffs were very professional and address it right away. Thank you to the GM and the Front Desk Manager for all your helps. It's the perfect spot if you're looking for a relaxing vacation or honeymoon. We'll definitely come back and recommend La Siesta Hội An to our friends and family.…

직원들이 너무 친절하고 객실의 상태가 너무 좋았다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 수영장이 4개가 있다는 것이다. 그리고 스파는 완전 강추! 패키지를 원하는데로 바꾸거나 섞을 수 있다 This hotel is fabulous and the staffs are very hospitality, especially THUAN that she was supporting us very kind and fast! Of course, club wing junior suite we stayed was amazing and tidy. As well as you should jump into the 4 giant pools!! You will not regret choosing this hotel.

Exceptional service and care from the moment you enter the hotel. Thuan and Nho are absolute diamonds and really made our stay extra special. This hotel is a corner of heaven, the pictures don’t do it justice. The children of the other guests were behaves differently, which was a huge step up from the other 5 star hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. The location of this hotel was perfect. A 5 minute taxi drive into the centre, 20 minute walk or a 10 minute cycle using one of the free bikes at the hotel.
