I wanted a quite few days to recharge and Silk Sense was perfect for that! The staff are extremely helpful and polite and a pleasure to interact with. The property is beautiful with a lovely pool, access to the river where you can witness beautiful sunsets and a really good SPA. The buffet breakfast is yummy with local delicacies and a continental spread. Hoi An old town is just 10 - 15 minutes drive from the property and they offer pickup and drop from the airport for a good price. My driver Dat made sure I made it to the airport on time and kept me engaged all through the journey sharing his view of the people and the culture. It was just perfect and I loved my stay and the view from the balcony!

We’ve recently returned from a 7 night stay that unfortunately coincided with increase in Coronavirus cases in Vietnam and across the world generally so that did unfortunately impact. Given the reduction in guests and restriction put into place by local authorities, we weren’t able to use the Spa or take advantage of the courtesy bus (at one point we were the only two guests) but the level of service received in terms of front of house, cleaning, upkeep of the resort & use of the restaurant and bar weren’t at all adversely compromised. This is a nice, relaxing place to stay, located around an hours walk into Hoi An or around 30 minutes by bike, of which complimentary use is provided by the hotel. All staff displayed a genuine warmth and interest in our plans and were unfailingly polite. That said, with so few guests, it’s difficult to ignore the lack of variance of breakfast buffet options, the reduced bar snack menu and the constant encouragement not to use taxis for fear of inflection- particularly as there’s few restaurants in walking distance open at present or the fact that one of the bikes we took out was unsafe. All things considered though I would recommend staying here. It’s got a lovely pool and the rooms are great (we had a standard one as booked and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the location right beside the river and within 2kms walk of a decent beach too.

This resort had everything, great rooms, facilities, restaurant, but most of all excellent staff and customer service. We were made to feel very welcome, and free benefits offered with no strings attached topped things off - free afternoon tea and cakes, free foot massage. The highlight though was their Christmas Eve party which included all guests, sumptuous dinner, entertainment and music. I unfortunately got ill while in Hoi An, the hotel staff helped my wife get medical assistance in the town and were most supportive during our stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was the perfect stay for some chilled time as a family not too far from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An.
All the staff went out of their way to get to know us and our children and were most helpful with anything we needed. The activities on offer were fun for all, we joined in with them all. Our children particularly enjoyed the Vietnamese lessons most days! The ladies who taught them were so kind, patient and encouraging. The fishing trip is a must!
The food and drinks on offer were great, delicious cocktails, we loved visiting the gardens opposite. Staff informative and welcoming.
The pool was spacious and clean and we loved the feeling of swimming in the rain when the shower came on!
The one thing we would say is be careful when booking rooms, be sure to upgrade if you have children as the beds and basic room is small.
This hotel gave us everything we needed for a chilled family stay. Such a hidden gem. We would recommended to others and hope to visit again!

I had a visit to Hoi An and Silk Sense is the hotel I chose for my family trip on this summer. Nice hotel, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms. And I had a 60-minute body massage at the Spa in the hotel. Experienced therapist with nice space makes me feel more relaxed for my trip. We spent 2 nights 3 days here. 'I took an upgrade to a suite with private pool. The resort is integrated in a green garden setting, the large infinity pool is excellent, the restaurant is large and the breakfast is international standard. Bicycles are free to use for guests. Motorcycle hire is available at a shop across the street from the resort. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Mr Robert Menzies Lee, the Malaysian Manager was particularly helpful.

Wonderful Hotel! Extremely friendly and courteous staff. The hotel complex is very beautyful, calm and relaxing. Breakfast/Food in general is of best quality and has a good choice. We got to know the traditional vietnamese kitchen and loved it. What stands out from other hotels are the complimentary activities offered here, you can do and learn a lot, e.g. towel folding, fruit carving, boat paddeling, jam making and many more. There is a Koi pond where you can feed the fish every day. So lovely! By bike (also free) you can explore the neighborhood and also reach Hoi An, it is a nice route through paddy fields. We enjoyed our time very much and would recommend this hotel to everybody.

The resort was beautiful and very convenient. Especially Ngoc and Nhurg working at the resort reception were very friendly. My girlfriend had cut her finger, they took great care and actively helped with changing rooms when we extended the day at the resort.

Amazing service and breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful property. It is a little farther away from city center (15 mins by car) nevertheless we had a pleasant stay. The resort is eco friendly with their toiletries packaging (almost no plastics were used) and glass refill bottles were used in the rooms, which was very impressive!

This hotel has nice concept. Amenities are rapped in paper, toothbrush is made of bamboo,Kangen water is provided in the room, it is growing vegetables and herbs in the field,etc. And there are great stuffs. The linen clerk gave me a heartfelt letter. And Ms.Kim Lien was very attentive. Thank you. I had a good time. It would be better if there were more shuttle buses to down town.

Both the Family 2 Bedroom Pool View and River View rooms have 2 separate bedrooms. However, there are some key differences:
Pool & River View Room: 73m², with 2 bathrooms - 2 bath rooms
Pool View Room: 52m², with only 1 bathroom - 1 bathroom
For family, the room with 73m2 is more convenience for family.
