We appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the staff at this hotel. They are always warm, smiling and helpful. Very prompt at responding to any problems faced by the guests and quick at taking the needed action to resolve them. I encountered faults with aircon and bath shower. Reported the faults the next morning. Immediately received a change of room and room upgrade. Very thankful for a lovely BIG room - tastefully furnished and spacious. When I informed the staff about the bathroom sink stopper having a fault in the new upgraded room, the morning reception lady was quick to arrange for the repair of the sink. The problem was solved quickly with much cheerfulness. Enjoy the breakfast spread in this hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Will surely return to this hotel when I stay in Hoi An the next time.…

The staff are really polite and friendly. The food was good and the service was good as well. The internet goes out here and there, but besides that it's a good experience. I have nothing else to say. This is just filler to meet the minimum for a review.

We had an excellent stay at the Central Boutique hotel. Great location just a short 5-10 minute walk from the old town. The staff were wonderful and Joy in particular was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She organised our transfer and excursions which made our stay even more relaxing.

First is ks all west. must be 70% Korean. Every family is Vietnamese or something. Everything is great from the room, the air conditioner, the staff ... except the shower is a bit broken, the connecting room door between the 2 rooms is faulty, the dc lock is not locked, the breakfast is all western

nice frame, if you are on the 5th floor looking down and have a beer, it will be great during the rainy season and with some light breezes. Will come back later if I have time.especially there is a very sweet receptionist

The best hotel in Hoi An, easily 5*! Highly recommend to everyone and we will definitely stay here again. Booked directly with them and communication was clear, fast and easy. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. Always a smile and warm welcome from reception or wherever you cross paths with the staff. Great location, town is just a 10 minute walk away with plenty of food and drink options around. The hotel itself is really beautiful, large rooms with a lot of light, we were on the 5th floor and had a balcony which was fantastic for relaxing on and watching the sunrise or sunset. Immaculately clean and all staff are wearing masks during these COVID times. Breakfast is plentiful and cooked fresh, great fruit juices and Vietnamese coffee too! A special mention to Joy, who is without a doubt, the best person I have ever met who works in the Travel Industry! She made sure every second of our holiday was special, remembers every guests name and any dietary requirements. 5* hotel in central Hoi An! Would def recommend it to everyone and cannot wait to come back. Huge rooms with a lot of natural light, our rooms had a balcony which was great to relax on. Beautiful hotel, with a great pool, spa and gym. Close to town with Taxis and the Hoi An electric bus always passing by outside the front, there is also a Vinmart about a 2 minute walk away which was really useful for water, snacks, toiletries etc. Love the variety at breakfast and how fresh all the food is. All the staff are so friendly and very helpful, but especially Joy. She really made this holiday special for us and after 2 years of not being able to visit Vietnam she really went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Thank you for the best holiday!

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel and cannot thank each member of staff enough! We booked directly about a year in advance and in the weeks before arrival, Joy made sure to stay in touch with us. She went above and beyond, helping us with UK to Vietnam entry requirements (forms, COVID testing etc) When we arrived, Joy welcomed us all with drinks, a cold towel and a bunch of flowers for myself too! The hotel is extremely beautiful, very clean with large rooms and a fantastic location. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always on hand to help with anything you need and nothing was too much trouble. We used the pool, gym and spa whilst there. Breakfast is very fresh and plenty of it, fantastic variety with great food and Vietnamese Coffee! Our group had a number or allergies and dietary requirements (vegetarian and vegan members) but staff remembered every time. We felt very much at home here. About a 10 minute walk into town, taxis and the electric Hoi An bus is also very readily available. A little convenience store less than 2 minute walk away for snacks, toiletries etc. By far the best thing about this hotel was Joy, so friendly and genuinely cares that every guest has the best stay. We are very grateful for all the staff who made this holiday very special but especially grateful for Joy, who was kind enough to not only recommend things to see/places to eat but also met up with us outside of her working hours to join us for dinner. We will stay here again on our next visit to Hoi An and cannot wait! Hopefully Joy will still be there in a more senior Supervisor role as she deserves for all her hard work and dedication!…

Hotel itself extremely clean, decor is gorgeous, large airy rooms and bathroom with big stone bath. There's a large relaxing pool area, gym and spa (amazing massages I had 2 while there.) walking distance into town. Even with all this the staff are the nicest most helpful people I have ever met! From calling us taxis to getting our breakfast preferences organised and giving us the cheapest and best option on restaurants, tours bars and more. Always a friendly smile wave and chat I felt like I was staying with close friends looking after me. Must mention joy who is the most professional and kind manager and person she made our holiday unforgettable I can't praise her enough! All staff were incredibly kind will be coming back in the future.

We booked this hotel for a stay in March 2020 but could not travel then due to the COVID outbreak. Hotel management was extremely nice and offered us to use the reservation at a later date. Communication with the hotel was great, e-mails were always answered very quickly. In March 2021 we were finally able to travel to Hoi An and stay in this very nice hotel. Location is very good as it is in walking distance to the beautiful old town. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the extremely friendly staff. All employees are super friendly, especially Anh (Joy) was very supportive, gave us a lot of useful information and arranged everything for us (including a tour to My Son and the transfer to Da Nang). There were not so many guests during our stay. Therefore we had the beautiful swimming pool almost for ourselves. Due to the limited number of guests it was necessary to order one day in advance and there was a possibility to choose from Western dishes (fried egg) and also Vietnamese dishes (Hoi An Bread or Cao Lau). You should definitely try the Cao Lau if you want a local experience. We enjoyed our stay in Hoi An and this charming hotel very much.…
