we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights & quite enjoyed it. the staff we initially thought were a little aggressive or nosy, but actually really liked them by the end and put it down to cultural differences. they helped us plan different trips & our journey onward. decent rooms, breakfast and wifi! sanitary-wise, the shower curtain was a bit...

Hotel ok , good location and clean. - when I walked into the dining room for breakfast all the tables were full of dirty dishes and there was no where to sit. Waited around five minutes to have a table. Breakfast average - The staff sleep at the reception room from 11pm , I went for a couple of drinks...

We stayed here for 4 nights in mid-July 2013 in a deluxe room ($30). A very mixed experience. Our room was on the top floor with a window overlooking the pool and a balcony - one of the better rooms from glancing at others. It was reasonably clean though the shower was terrible (just a dribble) and the power was...

I would say perfect location. Just a few 3 mins from a nice strip of restaurants and bars. But far enough away for the place to be quiet. Staff helpful. If they recommend a place to you, be in bar, restaurant, massage, clothes etc - you can guarantee their friend or family work there. it is charming though. Anyway, nice...

Awesome location with just a very short walk (2 minutes) to old town and 25 minutes by bicycle to a really great beach. Loved every minute of my stay in Hoi An. I had a private room with 2 twin beds on the ground floor with no day light as the existing window opened towards another house living room. Cockroaches...

We booked our room through an online booking service, for a 1 night stay. We decided we wanted to stay longer, and requested a further few nights. There was a price board on the reception wall, with the price of the room far lower than that which we had paid on our 1st night. The rude, unfriendly man at reception...

The staff at An Hoi Hotel are extremely rude! The breakfast lady in particular who told us we needed to pay $1 for a can of drink although breakfast was included in our room and the mini bar cans are only 50cents anyway!! She then asked how much we were paying for our room per night went away came back...

We witnessed a member of staff, raise his fists up and threaten to punch a customer over a dispute about the bill. The customer politely was stating that the price they were given on arrival was lower than the charge on the bill. The member of staff became more and more aggressive until he just stopped talking and took his...

I am basing my review on the context of another hotel for which I paid marginally less but received at least a star up in quality, sevice and hospitality. An Hoi is in a fantastic location (Hoi An isn't particularly big...) and has clearly devoted more care and attention towards it's exterior rather than the internal operations. My room was...

$20 for a great room with 2 single beds, a bath and shower, TV, fan and air con (although my air con didn't work) and a great view. Breakfast is included and the location is brilliant. It's just across the bridge so you can easily wander into Hoi An old town (the main area) for tailoring or whatever and then...
