The people running this hotel were very friendly and kind so it is a shame that the fabric of the place let them down badly. The room and bathroom were in dire need of refurbishment as was brutally clearly demonstrated at 11pm on our second night when a pipe burst in our bathroom. The reception claimed the hotel was full...

The hotel room was gaudy and the shower room and toilet were separate. The room felt unclean and the hotel felt empty. The staff were not friendly and the wifi barely worked. Breakfast was good and we did like the location. Also, there was a little corner shop nearby and the room had a fridge.

I was with a group of 4 and we got this huge room with 3 single beds and a double bed, fridge, little dining room table, desk, big bathroom with tub, TV - it was so much more than what we were expecting! Also very clean. When we arrived, we were greeted with watermelon and fruits. The Breakfast was more...

Located in a quite alley but just around 10-min back to the town centre. I was offered a family room with a dining area and 4 double beds. A loverly courtyard with a swimming pool but no water. Breakfast is the most plentiful in my trip in Uzbek. Staff is friendly and the owner changed me USD at a good...

This hotel has very warm service. The owner kept checking on us and even gave us some gifts at the end of our 2 nights stay. Room wasn't very big but food was good. Only thing was the frequent electricity cuts which were longer during the night. Very inconvenient when one needs to use the toilet.

It was not easy to find this hotel, the taxi driver had to ask around for twice before he hit it. However, once you get it, you will find its location to be quite well located. Walking distance to Registan, to bazaar, and almost all tourist spots. Triple room is spacious, toilet was separated from bathroom, acceptable cleanliness, hot water....

My room was very good, especially with their slippers at the entrance (how many 5-star hotels could offer you slippers?), big bed, well-operating bathroom, comfort and almost absolute silence from outside. Staff is very friendly and helpful, with their good advices for lonely traveller. Close to main places of tourists' interests - I reached them by walking. If next time...

We enjoyed our two day stay here, particularly sipping tea in the courtyard area. The young staff are available to give guided tours and speak a number of languages including English, French, German and Russian. The room decor was somewhat gaudy and the bathroom wasn't great but overall we were comfortable here.

Stayed here for two nights during an eight day trp to Uzbekistan. When we arrived, the main Kamila hotel seemed to be full so we were driven to a nearby street and put up in a complex which seemed to be a semi-complete addition they use for overflow when the main hotel fills up. The outside of the buildings looked...
