The hotel was arranged by my travel agent as part of a self driving holiday. Unfortunately we weren't given clear instructions on where exactly the hotel was. It's about 14 km from the main town on the main road but is slightly off the main road. So we got lost. We eventually found another hotel on the road who were...

We stayed in February 2017 and received the warmest possible welcome from the delightful Manuela, on our arrival. Our suite was enormous with a huge bathroom, a large balcony area and a fabulous dual-aspect view of the lovely vineyards. The friendliness of all the staff and the unpretentious, yet very attentive service, only enhanced our enjoyment of the time we...

We had a wonderful time in Narbona Wine lodge! One of the three nights we were the only guests- it was just great to have the place ourselves...It's a great place just to do nothing but enjoy the surroundings and the nature!!

It is difficult to limit superlatives in a description of the Narbona Wine Lodge. From the moment you arrive you are treated exceptionally, not in an over the top gushing way, but in a refined manner, which builds during your stay with the superb service you receive. the food is great, our room was delightful, the views and walks in...

The hotel sells itself its Relais Chateau status (it is difficult to see how): it markets itself as having excellent food (at best it is ok but a very dingy and noisy restaurant with no aspect and which is the hub of all activity); as having great wine (the tannat is especially disappointing: madiran is its other name and this...

I traveled to Buenos Aires to spend the holidays with my boyfriend's family, and we took a mini trip to Uruguay just the two of us to celebrate our anniversary. We only spent one night here in the Voignier room (traveled to Colonia afterwards which I also recommend), but it was absolutely incredible. The room itself is so charming and...

The location is excellent but the Hotel needs a lot of maintenance to be at Relais&Chateau standard. We had to wait for half an hour at the reception, there was no sign that after 4pm we needed to go to the restaurant and call for someone. I did that on my own. As it was winter we expected our room...

Narbona in located just north of the quaint rural town of Carmelo on the main road north, what appears as a unassuming collection of buildings hides a diamond of hospitality. Once a family's vineyard and estate has been turned into small boutique hotel/lodge with an adjoining winery and restaurant. We were given the Pinot Noir room which I can barely...

Charming, soulful and relaxed with fantastic wine and food. Just a day visit but the rooms looks incredible and I would definitely consider a stay if I came this way again. The wine was very good and we took a few bottled for the road.

A beautiful place, with committed and gentile staff. I had an excelent time with my wife e son... Waking up seen the 'finca', fields were the grapes grow, walking in it, having their homemade cheese in the breakfast, tasting their wines and their very good 'cousine'... All that combining the historical building with the new needs for confort!!! Really a...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
... more   less
