Got a very good room with a view of the Corniche! If only the Eye of the Emirates was not transferred it would have been perfect. Nevertheless, it was a good one and accessible to almost everything in the city whether you take a walk to the near Al Qasba or take a taxi ride to the Megamall.

Stayed for 1 night (end of October) before the early morning flight from DXB Airport. Room we got was a 1 bed room apartment for 2 adults and 3 kids(below 6) was somehow enough. After connecting 2 single bed & sticking to the wall 3 of us could fit :). We were expecting a good sleep and rest before the long flight but unfortunately it was not. The AC in the room is facing directly to the beds and there is no way to change the direction. If you switch off the AC in a matter of 5 minutes the room turns into a sauna & if you open the window the unpleasant smell(garbage)from the outside fills your room.
The breakfast staff needs a bit more serious training and area should be checked before letting the customers in(staff looked very sleepy & busy chatting next to the lift and our fried egg took so long that we cancelled it at the last moment, and the table we sat was full of stain and food remaining under the table from previous night i believe).
The location is very prime. Matajeer shopping Center is just 5min walk away. It has Carrefour express and some fast food options for a light meal.
For those who is looking for a proper Dining Al Qasba has it all. From Sushi to Turkish Kabab Houses.

This hotel has all the potential to be become the best in the area if some serious attentions are paid.

Literally the worst hotel in UAE I ever stayed. We stayed there only because there was a weekend and public holidays, so many hotels were sold out and we didn’t have another option. I didn’t even think that this kind of hotel exists in this country even. It’s not 4* hotel at all, I would give it 2 stars as maximum. The property is very old and very poor when it comes to housekeeping. First they gave us a room which is connected to other, and you can hear every single move and sound on what’s happening in next room, no privacy at all! The cupboard was broken as well, when we requested to change the room, they told that hotel is fully booked, however after we complained they changed a room, at least thanks for that. But still a room wasn’t clean, there are stains on bed, there is even leftovers from a food under the bed!! Unbelievable!! There is a leakage from AC in the washroom and water is everywhere on a floor because of it.
Breakfast is poor and they don’t even have a Normal coffee such as latte or cappuccino, they serve guests with Nescafé 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Not all staff is wearing masks in the restaurant in the middle of pandemic! Everything is dirty in the restaurant and seems no one cares about it. Only the one restaurant is open and the lounge which they have photos on booking.com isn’t functioning (as per the staff it only opens for special events🤦🏻‍♀️).
Pool is just so bad that I even couldn’t enter it, because of a smell and plus it’s inside the building.
I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

The worst hotel we’ve stayed at, the reception staff need training on how to speak to people. The rooms were not clean, this is NOT a 4* hotel more like 2*. The bathroom was awful. They give 2 bottles of water any extra you have to pay for, also 2 towels. The pictures dont look nothing like the hotel! We requested a cot and there was a whole and it was dirty. The hotel manager needs to be fired! She’s absolutely rubbish!!!!

Honestly this is my first time ever writing a hotel review and I usually wouldn't care less.

But this has been so HORRIFIC that I felt that no one else should go through this.

Mold on the wall, blood on the pillow, the floor mat is sticky and filled with weird stains, carpet is burnt from an iron, bathtub is all cracked up and shower curtain used to be white back in the 80's.

The supposedly fresh white towel has a black stain in the middle of it and the forceiling drips water when you turn the AC on.

Just enjoy the pictures and decide if you ever wanna come here.

This is the most terrible hotel in my life!
Perhaps you were unlucky with the number. The room smells of cigarettes and mold, everything is saturated with this smell, even the bed linen, towels are gray and washed, you are disgusted to wipe yourself with them. The furniture is shabby. The renovation is old, the plumbing is snotty, there is mold in the restroom. The view from the window is beautiful, but the window itself is small and dirty. I'm waiting for morning to come soon so I can move out of here. There are no pluses at all, a complete minus, and this is not 4 stars!

I chose the hotel based on family advice. It is too close to their home. Unfortunately, location was the only good thing about this hotel!

It’s the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Bathroom and shower were miserable (became yellow). I was forced to ask them to clean them everyday twice.
Towels were too old and a bit shredded!! Once, there was a whole in the bed sheet caused by a cigarette but they are still using it. We saw many insects in the bathroom! Sometimes, they were cleaning but not leaving new towels! We had to call them many times to remind them.

I complained almost on a daily basis. I tried to check out the second day but they refused to return any money!

I don’t recommend Aryana Hotel to any one!!

Hi , Does hotel the run a bus service to Manzar Beach Park if not how long walk is it ?.thanks
Answer from Ali F
Houston, Texas50 contributions10 helpful votes
Mamzar beach is close but not at walking distance specially in hot weather, lagoon is close around 15-20 mins walk. The hotel doesn't run a bus but you can easily get a taxi in around 8-10 dhirams to get there. Hope this answers your question.
