Really close to Lobster Roll and The Clam Bar. Walking distance(almost across the street) to a bagel place and a BBQ place. This is not for someone who wants to be walk two feet and be on the beach. Small private Boardwalk that will take you down. Private beach, showers, tennis court, indoor swimming pool, beach chairs. Stay on the...

We stayed in one of the ground floor rooms. The internet service was wholly unreliable. Air conditioner was really filthy, we were not able to use it at all but the room had a nice ceiling fan. The kitchenette was nice. The beach is well-maintained and they provide chaise-lounge chairs and umbrellas, and beach towels (poor quality).

The Hamptons are pricey there is no escaping that and most places to stay have a 2+ night minimum in high season. That noted, we struggled to find available accommodations there for a friend's birthday party from the start. The Ocean Vista was the only place that would allow a 2 night stay for @$340 per night. What you got...

We stayed here for 8 fabulous nights. Rooms are very well appointed and in a perfect location. Only a few miles to Amagansett and 5 miles to Montauk. Beach is fantastic and indoor pool is great during wash out days! Chairs are readily available as are umbrellas on a very quiet beach. Resort also alowed our guests to not only...

I had the best weekend staying at this resort. The room was spacious, very clean and beachy. The beach is right next to the property. Lots of sun chairs, and you can borrow beach towles. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were more than welcome to leave our stuff at the office after checking out. We could still...

This hotel while in Amagansett is actually between Amagansett and Montauk. The rooms are comfortable and a short walk to a very nice beach, there are lounge chairs for your use but no beach or pool (there is an indoor pool) towels. The rooms are reasonably equipped to prepare a quick meal (some have ovens but most have a microwave)....

This is an old style beach motel so if you want luxury, look elsewhere. As another reviewer has noted, each unit is individually owned. We stayed in 220 and cannot comment on the others. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely remodeled. Our bed could have been a lot better. But we loved the location: The beach is beautiful and uncrowded...

I found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. While elsewhere during my stay, it seemed like locals were ready for the end of tourism season. Not so with the staff here. Looking forward to my next stay.

The resort doesn't face the water but is very close. I stayed in room 207 and it was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The walk to the water is 5 minutes and there are chairs and umbrellas by the beach. The resort is adequate but rather retro.

OK Here's the deal. Each unit is individually owned. So...each room is decorated differently..and cared for by their owner differently. My wife and I spent 2 days there a few years back and got a room that was well appointed and furnished by someone with pride in ownership. Our mistake in returning this year was assuming that most owners did...
