This is basic accommodation with no frills; but does the job. Entebbe Backpackers is ideal for the budget traveller passing through Entebbe as it's much cheaper than most, if not all, other options in town.

We ended up staying here for 10 days due to some medical issues but were very happy with our stay. Affordable clean accommodation. Not fancy but very comfortable and homely. Impressed by the menu they offer which provides really nice fresh food including some healthy options. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful and willing to help. There are...

An excellent and convenient stopover location. Reasonable price, giving basic but adequate rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best option around for the price. I would stay again in a heartbeat, knowing I was safe and not likely to have any problems with overcharging.

The only real budget place we found in Entebbe. They offer cheap pick ups from the airport. A big difference between the rooms, rooms with bath rooms are a lot better, but overall the place is a suffering bad maintenance (cracks in the wall, we never had any hot water, wifi not working, mosquito nets broken, restaurant closes early, rooms...

This is ok basic accommodation for an airport stopover for backpackers. We stayed in the triple room which was not so pretty to look at but had everything we needed and did the job adequately. The price was very cheap so definitely worth it. Not sure what the dorms are like. We also arranged airport pick up through them which...

This backpackers is very conveniently located a ten minute drive away from the airport. If you need a place to crash before or after your flight, go for it. The rooms are humble but clean and the staff are very lovely. They can help arrange your airport transfer, organise a trip etc. it's also a great place to meet other...

We spent there last night of our Uganda trip after finding out that the guesthouse we wanted to stay was already fully booked. Entebbe Backpackers immediately found a nice room for the three of us and the price was incredibly low. At first I thought they are quoting per person per night, but it turned out it was per room...

My wife and I recently did a three week trip around Uganda and East Africa, and we stopped in at Backpackers each time we went to the airport. It offers an extremely simple and affordable airport pickup/dropoff, which was a huge plus. The location is also within easy walking distance of a great supermarket, a pool (at a nearby hotel),...

We stayed here for one night after coming in from the airport. I came to Uganda to do a Yoga Teacher Training Program that was in Luweero. This was a perfect place to come after a long flight. Beautiful grounds, very clean, and comfortable. We came in on a Friday night and there wasn't any other people there except some...

I only stayed 1 night. Staff is very friendly and room are decent, but overall not the best stay. The young backpackers that stay there are not often very respectful of others and they very extremely noise at night. I know it's not the hotel's fault but they should do something about it. They organised airport transport for us and...
