TUI placed my booking wrongly with the hotel and then didn’t seem to care when I arrived - however the hotel promptly sorted everything. Their reception service is nothing short of superb for listening and action, and Selen should go and train the TUI customer service centre!! Daily servicing of rooms - housekeeping are very friendly. The guys serving on the beach and in the bar restaurant are very friendly and unimposing too. The whole atmosphere and experience with the Orsmaris was so relaxing and such a pleasure. ... & all while they are clearly taking the COVID rules seriously

Didn't stay at the hotel, but visited restaurant and beach few times and really enjoyed it. Food is very delicious and staff is very nice. Highly recommend to visit if you want to try some traditional Turkish food or seafood.

Booked via Tui. Hotel itself looks ok from outside , pool looks clean and nice to look about it. Inside hotel , very dated. Needs an upgrade. Rooms not great , shower old and not great. Management are arrogant and not easy to deal with. If you book bed and breakfast they want to charge you full price for English breakfast , even though you have paid for a breakfast. Honestly , there is better options for the price.
