One of the best customer experience ever and the best holiday ever! We were a party of 5; 4 adults and my 8 year old son. We arrived around 1am and received a very warm welcome from Can at the entrance, Deniz then checked us in (equally pleasant) and then Can took us to our room. The next morning it only got better, every employee you came into contact with, whether this was the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, they all warmly greeted you and were courteous and helpful at all times. All the facilities, food and drink and location was superb. Too many names to call out but still would like to mention a few but really a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. Special thanks to Can (Bellboy), Deniz (Reception), Can and team (Spa), Ramazan (Masseuse), Ali and team (Salon), All the receptionists, especially the lady from Poland (sorry couldn’t remember the spelling of your name) who assisted on numerous occasions, all the restaurant staff, especially the chef who made me a delicious omelette every morning at 7am, Hanife (our cleaning lady) and last but not least the amazing management team Ümit and Mehmet. Going forward, for us this is the only place In this region we would stay at because I honestly don’t think anyone can match the full package here. We cannot wait to return next year! I stayed with my husband for 12 nights in October. We have stayed in several 5 star hotels in Turkey and would rate this as a great 4 star but needs a little work to be 5 star. For couples was good would definitely recommend, wouldn't recomend for families Good points... Hotel modern and very clean Staff all amazing work very hard Over 12 nights we only ate out twice as food was really good Beach ok Room cleaned daily , maid service brill,great views Had two fabulous treatments at the spa Evening entertainment was fantastic, several rock bands and a few different acts ( not on every night ) Not so good points... No wifi on beach No beach bar ( only short walk back to hotel for drinks however I would expect more for a 5 star ) Pool freezing ( sea warmer ) No day time activities around pool Icecream only available for 1 hour in the afternoon Only one bedside table in room Snack bar closes at 4 so no food available for two hours untill evening meal ( quite late for small children) Hubby was looking forward to Turkish shave after reading reviews however he had a young lad that didnt even talk to him and used hair clippers on his face.... I had hair cut , asked for trim and she took almost 3 inches off left in tears .... All a cart we visited once food ok menu was a bit confusing I suspect some of these issues are down to going at end of season in October Over all we would recommend infact hubby loved it so have booked return visit this may…

Very delayed in writing my review, visited this hotel twice in 2022 and booked up ready to go again in April, absolutely love it, staff are all so friendly, always cleaning but never too busy to help with anything, big shout out to Melissa such a lovely friendly lady, only thing to say that I feel could easily be changed is the water temperature in the pool, it’s that little bit too cold and can’t stay in it for long

We stayed here in June for 7 nights, and had a relaxing week at the Sundia. When we checked in, we had a poor room on the lowest floor in the far corner. I got the impression I was not the first guest to complain around that room. I know someone as to stay in it, but i do feel the hotel needs to address the descriptions of the rooms. I won’t dwell on it further, as we did get a different room which was a lot better. The staff were all smiles and attentive. The view from the bar and the sunset was lovely. It is a 24 hour bar also. The food in the buffet restaurant varied each night and we both enjoyed it. I wasn’t overly impressed with the Al la care seafood restaurant. When I made the reservation, he said to me “do you have trousers and shoes, you need them”. When we went to dine, I was pretty the only fool that was wearing trousers in an extremely hot restaurant. Other positives were the sun loungers were plentiful, and they were very comfortable. Also, the hotel was clean and immaculate. Would I recommend this hotel to others? Certainly. After previously spending 2 weeks at liberty Fabay I had high expectations for this place and it didn’t disappoint, the staff were an absolute credit to the place, the service and food were outstanding, I actually preferred the food here to fabay . The snack bar pizza was the best I have ever tried👌 the rooms are lovely and clean and you get same toiletries supplied, robes , slippers and a fab hairdryer. Yes the balcony’s are small but efficient, where you can watch the amazing calis sunset 🌅 There are so many comfortable areas to sit at night time and watch the world go by. The downside of the hotel which is not reflected in price are as follows- Patteserie/snack bar not open in the evening. Lobby bar not open 24hours (which i thought was according to my booking) Ice cream only available for 1/2 hours a day. Evening entertainment was awful when it was on, loud rock bands which spoiled the whole ambience of the hotel. Day time entertainment was awful too, same boy came out each day to show of his muscles did the same activity each day for like 1 hour then left🤷♀️ You had to pay for a lot of drinks you don’t have to pay for in other a/i I have stayed in in turkey. You don’t get any nuts/crisps etc to nibble on with evening drinks. Mini bar is only filled upon arrival nothing after that. Very wet and slippy around pool area no one really cleans up this area. There is no designated pools but I think as there is 3 there and the top one is quiet it should be for adults only 😊 There is a shop right next door and hotel is on calis beach so you can go to supermarket and top mini bar up etc This may sound like a lot of negatives but it’s more things that would make the place even better as it already is 🙌🏼 As a couple I would definitely recommend as a chill holiday destination.…

I took my mom to turkey and ended up finding this beach resort in Fathiye - Sundia . Am speechless with the quality. Everything is sooo good. You’ll love it , trust me. Rooms are great. Full sea view. Lobby, staff , restaurant , pool, spa - reading area, all is top notch.

It's a bit of a delay but thought I'd write about my experience at the hotel. The staff were excellent, clean and tidy appearances, and didn't matter who you spoke to from the Manager to the waiter, cleaners, chefs, reception, they all spoke politely, and smiled like they enjoyed what they were doing. A special mention to the night manager who spoke everytime we met, and asked if everything was ok with the hotel. I've included a photo with our friends. The waiters that looked after us during our meals, were friendly and polite. The bar staff brought drinks and cake to the tables on the outside seating area, smiled and asked if we needed anything else.
