The hotel is really worth the money. The rooms are small, but very clean and the bed is comfortable. They have a complete and tasty breakfast and the family who runs the hotel is so hospitable!! Very friendly and fun people. Most of them speak only a little English, but the manager speaks English well. The location of the hotel... More

Rooms are disgusting, customer service extremely poor, very pushy and in your face. Watched as I struggled with my bag down the stairs. Don't like it if you eat anywhere else. Wall paper coming off the walls, hallway stinks. Buffet breakfast good. Pool nice but too hot. No wifi in rooms. poor wifi elsewhere

As the title states, this is the worst experience I have had in a hotel. The carpet is threadbare and my feet stuck to it. The owner smoked cigerttes in the lobby. The plugs are off the wall and wires exposed, this wasn't just one set of plugs it seemed to be all of them. In my room, not that... More

Run down, awful beds, smelly drainage. Staff were fine but this property could do with a total upgrade. Wifi in room so that was a plus. No soap though and like everything else the bathroom was very shabby.

This place is terrible and I would never recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms are so small there is barely room for our luggage. The tv is ontop of the wardrobe there is such a lack of space. The beds are so uncomfortable I woke up in the middle of the night with an imprint of the coils from... More

Beds terrible and rooms are really small not great with luggage, freezing in rooms and when we asked for extra blankets twice still did not get one and had to ask from friends in another room. Laundry came back wet the next day and they had us standing around for near half hour waiting. Breakfast basic. Smells like chain-smokers and... More

I made a booking error which cancelled rather than changed my accommodation dates at Alis Hotel. My mistake...I urgently wrote to Alis and the booking company (Booking.Com) immediately to rectify, but Alis took more than 1 week to respond to my email (wrote back after the original stay dates and only 2 days before the change date). While they agreed... More

Hotel has great pool, bar and restaurant area but thats about it. Reception staff are a little friendly, the hotel itself is disgusting. I've stayed in many backpackers in the past and this is top 5 worse. Dirty, crusty, itchy beds. Exposed electricity cables, noisey air con, noisey adjacent rooms,no lock outside door. If you survive the night breakfast is... More

“We stayed in room 1, looking out over the pool. It has 3 beds, 2 put together as a very large double and 1 single. There could be a little more storage but we managed. The balconies at the end of the building, like our room, is large enough to have a table and 2 chairs, very good for morning coffee. Just ask for a kettle.”
