During my business trip (3 days - 2 nights) I had my breakfast at the hotel. On the first day, while I was filling my dish, I added chocolate cream too since the paper in front of it was tagged as "Nutella". However when I tasted it, I immediately realized that it was not Nutella but another brand's product. So I could not eat it and got disappointed. Because if the tagged paper was just saying "chocolate cream", I would not take it since I do not prefer other brands' products. So I did not take any more chocolate cream on my second day. On my last day, during my breakfast a nice lady came up to me and introduced herself as customer relations employee at the hotel and asked my experience. At first, I thought to give her a nice and short positive feedback but then I changed my mind and told her my unlucky experience with the chocolate cream and how it affected to my total visit. She noted this in a very detailed way and promised me to investigate it and return to me. After a while she returned with an apology and a detailed explanation how the paper remained the same while they supplied a different product. It was very honest of her and I felt very happy to witness such a good customer relation. However, at the end, she made another surprise to me and brought a dish full of pancakes and Nutella. It is my first night staying here and i want to say i admire how everyone is eager to help the customers and always kind, smiling and capable. Such a good staff and clean rooms. I would like to mention Zeynep in the executive club lounge. She was capable of explaining everything about the hotel in english which helped me a lot. Special thanks to her. The hotel is even more awesome if you have an access in that lounge. I expected more options for food but they were limited. Yet it is not a problem there is still plenty of choices. I’ve experienced good things so far. Hope it will continue till the end of my time in Turkey/ Izmir. ☺️

The restaurant was beyond great. The food was high quality and delicious. Our waiters Ms. Zeynep and Mr. Serkan was absolute professionals. I really love sea view at hotel. Location is great . I came with my gf. Lima restaurant is so nice. we had dinner. Asli was so nice and recommended some location. We liked a lot . Thank you for personnel. Rooms are very comfy and Spa is excellent! We will come again for sure.
