We arrived at Pamukkale at 6.30am much before our check in time but the staff ensured that they opened the dining area and put on the air conditioning and provided us with tea and coffee while we waited. They also kindly allowed us to have breakfast when it opened at 8.00am. Mr. Toofan helped us to check in early as...

Pros 1. Good views of the Calcium mountain. 2. Close to the lake, nice for a walk. Cons 1. Rooms are very small. 2. Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. 3. No room service and breakfast selection was very limited.

My wife and I stayed here for a night and we had a great time. The staff is extremely helpful; they helped us book paragliding trip and advised about different things to do. Neat room, highly recommended!

Perfect location. Family owned business. Fettah is very helpful. He let us check in early, stay late. He helps with transportation. He gives extra towels and pillows. Room is clean and comfortable. The price is just right. We would stay here again

Chose this hotel primarily for its location - as it is about 5min walk to the lower entrance where you can walk up the travertines up to the "main" level where Hierapolis ruins and Cleopatra's pool are. What I got in addition to that were the wonderful staff that pushed it over the top! Room - got lucky and got...

Hotel has the best view and very nice location. Room is very cozy and clean. But more than anything else, staff were amazing. They were very friendly, I could feel warm welcome and they really took a good care of me while I was staying there. I want to visit Pamukkale again during summer time and I'll definitely come back...

This hotel is located directly opposite the travertines. Lovely hospitable host and staff, nothing too much of a problem. We stayed in a deluxe double,2nd floor with a perfect view of the travertines which are also lit at night. I have given a 4 star rating as I would classify this place as a 3star hotel in a 5star location. So...

Property is older but kept very clean and owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. Owner also has Turkish Carpet store there. He is delightful and very entertaining. We really enjoyed listening to his stories and he really knows a lot about the craft and history of carpet-making.
