The staff were so very helpful and friendly. On our last day our daughter had a nasty tummy bug, and although we had checked out, we were offered an unoccupied single room for a few hours for her to sleep and recuperate (no extra charge!). Excellent customer service! The reception area and dining room were lovely - decor in keeping...

I stayed for 3 days at Cappadocia Palace. The hotel is centrally located, it's 5 min. walk to the main streets of the town. The staff is very helpful, especially Mustafa who went out of his way to make sure I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was sumptuous. The rooms were adequate.

This was the main reason we came to Turkey. My wife wanted to spend the night in a cave on her birthday. So we did. This place was perfect. They have only four cave rooms and we enjoyed one of them for two nights. The experience is worth doing if you're visiting Urgup and/or the Cappadocia region of Turkey. It...

We enjoyed 3 nights at the Cappadocia Palace in Urgup in a cool, comfortable cave room adjoining a sunlit wifi courtyard. Turkish breakfast in an arched former stable got us off to a great start each day. I loved the location--a 10 minute walk from downtown, the bus station, restaurants, the grocery, the sweet little hamam. Despite being so conveniently...

Given that Capadoccia is on the top of many tourist's lists, it is important to find a hotel that offers respite from crowds and tour itineraries. Capadoccia Palace did just that - starting with Mustafa's willingness to transport two weary travellers from Goreme free of charge. It just kept getting better - it was clear that the hotel staff truly...

We stayed one night in Cappadocia and managed to see the Goreme open air museum (15TL), hit the trails on ATV for an hour (35 TL), see an underground city (15TL), and saw the Turkish Nights dinner show (35 TL.) The only disappointment we encountered was not receiving dinner at the Turkish night show after a long day out in...

We arrived at about 6.30 on a chilly morning in may after a LONG overnight bus trip. Yusuf immediately made us feel at home and checked us in without any fuss or delay. As we were very tired, he showed us to our room and suggested that we might like breakfast before heading for a few hours sleep. We were...
