The views from this hotel are breathtaking. At night you can see Goreme in the distance all lit up. Each morning we watched the balloons fire up and then glide above the fairy chimneys. Our room had a large balcony where we could watch them while drinking our morning coffee. Truly magical. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large, with a great shower and lots of water pressure. The bathroom amenities were ample and replenished each day; slippers and bathrobes soft. The room had a seating area, which is nice so that you don't have to sit on the bed while in the room. Breakfast buffet was very diverse and had both hot and cold options. The only very small issue was that I asked if they had espresso. The first day, I was told no. The second day, hearing an espresso machine, I asked again, and this time the person said yes. Very few on the breakfast staff spoke English, which was the reason for the confusion. The staff was very kind and went out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable. One saw us walking downtown and stopped to ask if we wanted a ride back to the hotel. My husband left his phone by the pool one day, and they knew whose it was and had it for us right away. Our room had trouble with wifi, so one of the gentlemen came to our room to fix it after we had returned from dinner, while talking to his tech person....this on a weekend night! The hotel's location is very convenient. We walked throughout Uchisar to restaurants and sites including the castle, but it was also very easy to drive in and out to go to other places. The hotel is also very quiet at night, so made for a restful sleep. The only reason for not giving it five stars is the wifi, which never worked for us unless we went to the reception area. Otherwise, perfect stay.

If you really want to enjoy the view, taste and service, I highly recommend it. Everything was perfect, most of all, the breakfast prepared by Mustafa Bey's unique and delicious kitchen was a feast of taste. We thank the CCR family very much for your interest and concern 🙏🌸🌸🤗

Stayed in September 2023. The hotel offers a variety of room types, and the room I stayed in was very spacious and had a large balcony. Some rooms do not have a balcony or a view, so be careful when choosing.
You can enjoy the magnificent view of Cappadocia from the lobby, rooms, and restaurant. In particular, the sight of the hot air balloons rising at dawn is fantastic! It's an experience you can only get here.

Located in an exceptionally secluded location, Uchisar Castle sits right behind the hotel. The staff overall was attentive and gulerios. The room we stayed in was old and clean. The cabin was extremely dirty. When we asked the front desk if there was a new room in the room, they said the rooms were the same, but the room our friends stayed next door was just refurbished.October 28th, 8 a.m., when we went to the breakfast room, we wanted to sit down on the glass side, but they said it was reserved. A Japanese-owned cave worshipped the future, the side of the window and the tables right behind them. Of course, there’s an extra cost to that.As a result, if there’s a Japanese coffee at the Eger hotel, you won’t have a chance to eat breakfast by watching the Cappadocia hot bubbles from a restaurant’s front window for 2 x 310 Euro per night. I’ll go back with the peasants in a month or so, but I ⁇ don’t mind staying at this hotel.

Since there were holidays, there was only one number left to order. According to the description, everything was great. This was the largest and most expensive room, by the way. BUT! It was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. The toilet is terrible! I reported this to restgiy and only by 23+ was I able to achieve some kind of imitation of cleaning.
The hotel apologized and provided a compliment. But when I asked in the morning to clean up using chemicals before we returned, this was not done. Again I had to ask many, many, many times to do it the way it should be...
Nutrition is a separate pain. The breakfasts are downright bad, the tables sit uncleaned for a long time, the a-la carte restaurant is very bad... Fortunately, there is The Steakhouse nearby and it was incredibly delicious, the chef is just a magician!
The hotel offers a magnificent view of the balloons taking off, the sunrise and all the beauty of Cappadocia! But bad service leaves a bad taste in the soul...
The room requires renovation and attention, there are signs of fatigue...

The hotel is a 5-star hotel because it has everything that a 5-star hotel requires but in very poor condition and we cannot say that there is bad service because there is no service, the people do not speak English, neither waiters nor anyone else. We left very early to see the city and when we returned at night the room was not made. I do not recommend this hotel

Hotel with wonderful views of the valley where the balloons take off. The breakfast - for Brazilian standards - leaves a little to be desired. The room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the valley (ours at least) but needs a little attention for maintenance. The employees do not speak English, and there may be greater attention to their training (although they try to understand the guest's request). But in the end everything was fine, it was worth the trip.

Location is on the one of highest hill in Cappadocia. (the Uchisar Castle is very near.) you are able to see all regions. Unfortunately we haven’t seen the balloons due to Covid-19.
The rooms were excellent (big size and extremely clean) and some has a balcony to have the great taste of view... our room had a Turkish Bath which was also amazing...
The breakfast is being prepared freshly and you can taste good variety of Turkish breakfast items
The staffs are very hospitality, warn and ready to help
We were four rooms with four children (from 2 to 8) they have also great time...
I definitely recommend the Eyes of Cappadocia and will go there again.
