We were impressed a lot by hotel staff. Staff was very helpful, open and friendly. We were treated like friends or family members. They helped us with all questions. It is possible to book all sightseeing and airport transfers in hotel. Turkish breakfast was the best in Turkey :) Despite of the fact it was snowy and chilling cold outside,...

Stayed 2 nights here. Excellent experience living in a cave hotel. Breakfast was good and surely recommended. Easy to get about everywhere walking. Shopping and food easily available. If you are doing the tours (red and green), red is much better than the green. Green tour involves long journeys to visit sites. If you need to choose one, the red...

The rooms are quite big with a foyer by the entrance, so there is some privacy before the going inside the bedroom. Can improve in their lobby.. it a big dirty looking. But our room was clean. It is walking distance to the town with lots of restaurants at night. It is a decent hotel. free wifi. Breakfast is so-so..

While the staff was very welcoming and tried to be accommodating, it still does not make up for an infrastructure that needs maintenance. The plumbing was second rate, no hot water the first night and when we told them the following morning they said it would be fixed when we returned....it wasn't! They offered to allow us to change hotels...
