The accomodation is very basic. There is a curtain for a bathroom door and the water is run on solar power so you only sometimes get a hot shower. One of the staff was extremely helpful. We arrived on the overnight bus and were allowed to check in at 7am which was very helpful. He also organised us breakfast and...

Great value and helpful and welcoming owner. Fluent English spoken. Very close to the city centre and bus stop. Delicious food (especially the menemen). They offered us several tours in Cappadocia and cheap baloon flights.

The owner of the hostel is the kindest individual I have ever met. We arrived too early to check in and were offered showers, breakfast, and tea on the terrace for free while we waited. We booked both a tour of the region (not to be missed on any visit to turkey!!), and a hot air balloon ride through the...

First I would like to say that this is a basic hostel, pretty clean, cheap, with a pool and with a quite central location in Goerme. Without my negative experience there, I would probably give it a 3 or 4-star rating. I reached Emre's cave house by chance in Goerme, since I came with no reservation and a the nearby...

We arrived without havıng booking very early in the morning. The owner welcomed us with tea, we had an interesting conversation. Because no room was free yet, he offered us to take care of our luggage and take it to our room when it will be ready. We were very satisfied with a tour, organized by them... (called a special...

The place is right in front the otogar on the main square. Rooms are basic but ok for 1/2 nights. Booked in internet they are quite cheap €9 per person. The owner speaks good English and offer balloon rides with a reliable company, cheaper than everywhere else only €90 per person. He was very nice, we were 4people and booked...

This hostel was a fantastic option for our family of 4 travelling on our budget. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us as a family. We did the 'Red Tour' run by the hostel and this was outstanding and cheaper than elsewhere. On the 'Red Tour' we enjoyed the experience of getting off...

We booked our stay at Emre's Cave House 2 months in advance through hostelworld.com and had the start of our stay there slightly marred by their having no record of our booking (though neither did either of the other two places we pre-booked in Turkey through booking different sites) and there was confusion over how much we had to pay....

“If you can, call for reservations. they would rather you did it on-line, but sometimes there can be a little confusion; as I recall it isn't their website, but a booking website, so you may have some questions about cave room, hostel, bathrooms, etc. Mina's English is terrific, and she also speaks Turkish and Japanese.”
