The rooms and the hotel was very nicely furnished. The staff was so welcoming and nice. The rooms was very clean. The breakfast was also well served. We wished the hotel had a garden so that the breakfast can be served there.

We stayed in Güle hotel for two nights as a couple. The room was bright, clean and nice decorated, not the biggest, but great for our purpose and the bathroom was big and nice. Staff was incredible nice and smiley. We got the most delicious crepes for breakfast that was cooked specially for us in addition to an amazing traditional...

Positives – Our stay at Gule hotel was a highlight of our six week trip in Turkey. The location is excellent – tucked away in Cunda a couple of hundred metres from the harbour up a quiet cobbled lane (you can easily reach Cunda with a dolmus taxi car or the ferry from Ayvalik for about 5L for two people)...

Lovely small hotel about 100 metres from the port where all the action takes place. The host was helpful but as is the case in this area of Turkey english is not spoken widely. Our only real problem was finding the hotel. Turkey addresses are confusing and GPS get's easily confused. After asking various people we finally found Gule Hotel....

Absolutely loved this cute hotel on Cunda island, a short, picturesque ferry ride from Ayvalik. The village is small with cobbled streets, quaint cafes and shops, a taverna or two as well as a town square and markets. Hotel is very nicely presented. Rooms are spacious and so easy to settle in to. In fact, it would be easy to...

We booked the hotel for one night in July 2014. It is a very beautiful hotel at a very picturesque street on the island. The room was spacious and clean and it had a rich breakfast buffet. The best in this hotel is the helpful and very kind stuff. However they were hardly speaking english so we had some small...

A quaint little place up a cobbled lane, away from the traffic. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Quite good breakfast but we have been spoiled by some other spectacular ones...certainly amazing by typical US or European standards. Really helpful staff. Our internet booking had gone astray somehow and they got us onto an English speaker on the phone and we...

We are just back from a two wee stay here with our two children. What a lovely find! - Right in the centre of Cunda - but yet peaceful and quiet. The rooms were lovely, airy and clean - and the hotel staff looked after us like royalty. Breakfast was a treat - with a different homemade cooked dish to...
