Friendly owners, bit of a walk to the town, dolbus goes past regular amazing views. Need some updating, breakfast is basic for turkey, other than that it's a cheap and cheerful, to place your head.ANd to get showered.

A very basic hotel compared to hotels we get in the UK. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Good if you are on a budget. There is a fantastic shuttle service into the shopping and very tourist friendly area of Kusadasi. The manager Isa can not do enough to help you and is a very nice friendly man.

Spent a week at this hotel in September, as others have said, the decor certainly needs an update, but the staff certainly make up for that. Isa, the Manager could not do enough, friendly, charming and so helpful. Rooms were kept clean,, and towels changed every few days, but our shower left a lot to be desired, only a shower...

I stayed at the Alp for two weeks in June/July and going back in October. A basic hotel with the friendliest owner and staff! Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The rooms were cleaned daily, sheets and towels were changed every few days. My board was B+B but I did eat lunch and dinner a few times....

While the staff were very helpful, this hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed, and I have stayed in backpacking hostels all over europe. There was disgusting green carpet everywhere, The Lobby was seriously in need of a make over. Bathrooms were falling apart and the shower drain smelled like poo when water went down it, and water...

Spent a week in the hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I was travelling alone and they introduced me to other guests in the hotel also on their own. Isa the manager is briliant. the decor is outdated and could be doing with a re-vamp but the room was clean, towels changed every day and room vacuumend. A...

This hotel is unique, it's staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They cannot seem to do enough for you. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Just a short walk away from the marina where you will find everything you require. The local Dolmus runs very often and cost 2TL (about 50p).

I came here when travelling alone and found Isa, Maurice and the staff extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help in any way. They recommended places to visit, arranged taxis for me and even collected an otagar ticket for me from the main station. Very sweet friendly chaps. The decor of the hotel is indeed dated and...

2nd visit this year and glad to be back. Still stuck in the 80s in terms of room decor bit for what I paid it's extremely good value. Best part is the service. Feel like you are waited on and nothing is too big or small. The other night I was really hungry but the kitchen was closed as it...
