Very nice hotel for your vacation. Foods are delicious , stuff are friendly every things is good. The hotel is huge with plenty to do (although as of the first of November a lot of things in the hotel closed). The grounds, spa, pools are really pretty. The beach and rooms are good but not amazing. The quality if food... More

I stayed here from the 18th to 25th October, right at the end of the season on an all inclusive holiday. As a whole the hotel was ok but no more. On the plus side the rooms were large, beds fairly comfortable and bathroom clean with an excellent shower, both hot and powerful throughout the day. Being next to the... More

We arrived mid afternoon and were greeted warmly although i agree that the staff at reception had little English. The rooms were clean and very adequate for our needs. The waiters were all friendly and polite because we were polite to them. It helps if you realise that they work 12-14hours a day for very little money. The breakfasts were... More

Having lost our original hotel with the collapse of Gold Trail, I had seen the reviews for the Onura and decided there were some good and some bad and thought it worth the risk. Having had a four hour delay at Birmingham and arriving at 10 in the morning our initial impressions was ok. Contrary to some reviews on the... More

I am just back home from a wonderful seven day trip. I wouldn't say it's an excellent 5star hotel but really worth the price. Room : Ours was a three bed with a beautiful sea view. It was a little bit small and the storage was not quite enough for three person. The bed was comfortable. Food : I loved... More

If you stay at this hotel the only good thing about it is the independent jewellers opposite the dining room. We each had rings made by Adnan and he is a trustworthy, lovely man who will not rip you off. The opposite in fact and during our 2 week stay he became a good friend. Everything else about the hotel... More

This was a terrible hotel, the rooms were disgusting, mouldy lampshades, dirty minibar and filthy curtains. The food was revolting and the menu rarely changed, the deserts were even worse than the food as you had to enter your hand past a swarm of flys when they decided to leave the buffet on the outside (great idea). If your a... More
