This hotel has great pool area and restaurant. Food is great and there is something for everyone. The only thing is that Wi-Fi is not included in All-Inclusive concept!!! There is free WiFi in lobby area but it is very bad. If you want better Wi-Fi connection you need to pay for it. The cost per day is 5 euro...

We've read a lot of reviews about different hotels, before chosing this one. And I must say we've chosen a very good hotel. I've read about problems with AC, but we had vacation in May, when it's not that hot in Turkey, and it really was not a problem. We gor a room very fast without any money, at about...

We went there with my friends. Hotel is all inclusive. They did't have disco(club) like they say. Animations were not so good. There are water volleyball, water ball, volleyball, dart, water gym, and dance activities to entertain. Meals are not the best but good. It's 1 km from sea but they have free busses to sea every 10 minutes. They...

How can you wipe the sweat off your body after checking in at 03:00 in the morning and the A/C doesn´t work, well you jump in the bathtub to take a bath. But as you are enjoying your cold water in a hot room you notice that the water on the floor is higher then that in the bathtub. So you...

The worst thing in this hotel is that AC works only between 2.30-8 p.m and since 10pm. till 8 am. When it's very hot during the day, you can't go to your room to cool yourself. Unfortunatelly I didn't know about this before... If we know this, we will never choose Side Serenis! We had big problem with card to...

“i wanted a high room overlooking the pool.this was okay in the morning as it was in the shade, however in the afternoon it was so hot i found it hard to sit there and most afternoons i closed the heavy curtains to keep the sun from making the room very hot, conditioning only works when the door card is put into the electric current slot...the rooms at the back have a view overlooking scrubland/the road but you would bw able to sit on balcony and relax/read in the afternoon/early evening if you wanted...”

“If you wish a proper double bed then insist on one. Most of rooms have singles pushed together. Buy drinks at the shops just outside the Hotel as they are much cheaper and store .them in the empty mini bar. Open the windows at night to make the room cooler. Above all be prepared to mix with other nationalities.”
