That's been my first day at the hotel and I explored everywhere, everyone and everything of the hotel, which shows you the unbelievable service quality. The hotel is spotless, the room, the floors, inside and outside areas are all clean. Every staff is smiling, friendly and helpful; you can feel it at the moment when you get out of your bus and are welcomed in front of the hotel. The Reception, Bellboy and Guest Relations staff were so kind and positive to me. Not only them, but also are the all people working at different services. There are many kinds of food and so delicious, I think I will put on some weight here. ☺️ The location is great, you can easily reach everywhere inside and outside the hotel. Lucky me, the weather is great so that I could walk by the beach way which is like a great part of the hotel. SPA services made me happy, I was concerning about the degree of the Sauna, which was around 80-90, quite enogh for me. Sauna is my favourite when I am in a vacation. Room service is so easy and fast. I am still trying to find something negative but not yet, if I can, trust me I will explain with details. But the best thing here is to talk to the Guest Relations department when you feel something could be better, believe in me, they are doing everything the best. I called and asked for extra pillow, blanket, toothpaste or something else, they came to my room in a few minutes, event not 10 minutes, I really appreciate that. All the waiters at the restaurants and bars are doing their job good by saying my pleasure, our pleasure, with pleasure. I learned it in Turkish "Memnuniyetle' 👍☺️ I enjoy live music, dance shows and some solo performances everyday. The lobby Bar is open 24 hours, which is the my favourite. There are interestingly many kinds of beverages free which I have all experienced them extra cost, even in some Ultra All Inclusive hotels. I can mention many more things but these are all what I have been expecting and has already satisfied me. I promise that I will come back to this excellent hotel, who knows, I will not be alone the next time. 🙂 And the last thing, this hotel has already been suggested to everyone I know. I could literally write about this hotel all day, but I’ll try my best to keep it to the point… Hotel grounds and amenities: The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners who work year round. There is a very large outdoor pool, an indoor pool and there are swim up rooms available also. The hotel is set over 4 floors and room options are - superior, deluxe, family, swim up, penthouse and 360° suite. All the rooms are spacious, contemporary, comfortable and there is literally everything you need in all the room options. Put it this way, there is even a pillow menu to meet your requirements. The hotel has a spa complete with Turkish bath, sauna, etc. Food & Drink: There are 4 a la carte restaurants and a main buffet restaurant. During winter there are only 2 of the a la cartes open and all are prebookable 48 hours before your visit to each. Food is exceptional and with a huge variety to choose from and the main buffet has different themed nights. All drinks are served to the table during meal times. The drinks are the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive; from the coffee to the cocktails…just wow! Staff: The staff are simply amazing and all have worked there for years, which shows me they love their jobs and this is apparent when you speak with them. Seddar, Yusuf and Husayn in the bar, Ceren on guest services and I wish I knew everyone of their names as they all deserve the recognition as they work so so hard! The area: There is a lovely promenade that runs along the coastline that is nice and flat. It’s a 10/15 minute walk to the old town where you can visit the ruins. The hotel sponsors the restoration works and it really is an eye opener. Lots of little shops and restaurants up and down and it’s really easy to get a bus or taxi into Manavgat. Arrival and Room - Where do I start with this Hotel. Me & my wife have just spent an amazing week at the Acanthus & Cennet Barut Hotel. From the late night we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and a quick check in process. We got room 2213 which has a pool and sea view. The room is “Perfect” everything you need for a 1 or 2 week stay. Pretty much all toiletries are provided including the use of a professional hairdryer. So ladies you can leave your travel hairdryer at home. Trust me! As for the main area of the room, it is very spacious and includes a sofa seating area and a proper desk area for getting ready. Our view from the room was to die for, waves crashing ever morning and a great view looking up into the old town of Side. Food and Drink - The food available in this place is endless. You could be the fussiest eater and I guarantee you will find something every day. The Hotel has a themed night every night throughout the year. Currently it ranges from International, Turkish, fish night, Italian and Asian. So a bit of something for everyone. There are also 3 A La Carte restaurants. Whilst we were here only 2 were open, which was Safran & Lavanta. Roku was closed due to the time of season. However the food from these places were truly 5 Star. On the lowest floor you will find the main buffet restaurant; you will also find La Petit La Gateaux! The choice of “Coffee & Cake” here is crazy, there must be more than 30 different cake choices and of course all the different types of coffee. We visited here ever day as the Latte is to die for. Now the options for drinks are absolutely breath taking. In the Lobby Bar you will more than likely be served by SADDAR. He has been with the hotel over 5 years and truly loves his job and pleasing his guests. His Boss who is the Bar Cheif is called YUSUF and watching these guys work together is a true art form. The speed and accuracy is amazing. Ask either of them for a cocktail from the extensive book on the bar and they will make them without a quick peek and will be ready in no time. As for the rest of the drinks on offer, everything is pretty much premium. Jack Daniels, Jim Bean, Jonnie Walker, Bullit Bourbon, Hendricks Gin and a host of their home made mixers, plus many many more. Trust me there is so much more on offer too! There’s no measurements in this bar, just simply pour it and enjoy! Hotel Staff - This hotel wouldn’t be what it is without the amazing staff it has, who come back year after year. I’ve already mentioned SADDAR and YUSUF who work in the bar areas, however I can’t forget to mention CEREN who works on Guest Relations. When I say nothing is too much, it really goes. CEREN helped us with booking A La Carte options, told us the best cash machines to use “as the others don’t give out money” and how to use public transport to get around the area. Staff really look out for you and try to remember the simplest of things to make your stay just that little bit more special. All staff greet you with a smile and always like to get to know you. It’s a brilliant personal touch. On this very special occasion, as my wife turned 40 whilst being here, they definitely went the extra mile. We got to keep our room on for a further 5 hours Free of Charge!!! Simply Amazing! Thank you for one of the best holidays and we really can’t wait to visit again. Amazing hotel with very friendly staff and other guests. I came for an active holiday so every day I took some yoga and pilates lessons - they were great! Seyma is very caring and attentive teacher. I also liked SPA centre. Food is delicious, room is very comfortable. I liked everything, thank you!

This hotel ticks every box and the standards of satisfaction could not be higher! This hotel is not very big in area, which it is an advantage, as all facilities and the beach are so close and seamlessly interconnect. kudos to the hotel designer and architect. We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel and the landscape. which trust is absolutely impeccable. All areas (rooms, restaurants, pool, beach, fitness hall, SPA) are very well kept; everything is sparking fresh and clean. Across the hotel you can find disinfectors and masks. What is impressive in this hotel among many others is the quality of personal service from reception to the beach, you feel like you are the most important VIP guest Our thanks and regards to the waiters in all the restaurants and the bars – no doubt, this is a team of professionals, who do their best to give you the best hotel experience ever and they do it with a smile and are happy to please. THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, wow, THE BUFFET RESTAURANT, I could have had three plates as the choice of food was seriously TOP CLASS, THE CHEFS cook in front of you so its ultimately fresh, the choice was spot on, the fully stacked gym was part of daily regime to restrict the level of weight that was going to be a result of this serious test to my stomach and I have not mentioned the desserts, all yummy, especially the cheesecake. The swimming pool is huge and clean, the sauna, the steamroom and not forgetting the spa, the sunbeds are placed at a nice distance, so you can have some space. The beach – the best among the neighboring hotels. Security, lifeguard and the beachboys are always there, helping you with umbrellas, cleaning tables and sunbeds for every new guest, serving drinks. Fitness area – big, clean & well equipped for any type of workout. Every moment of our stay at Accanthus was excellent. A big thanks to our room cleaner Hatice, excellent customer relations Ceren, our lovely dinner host Seray ( who helped me learn some Turkish words,) Mustafa Gul who never let my sparking Rosa wine glass go too low, the two very flexible Yoga ladies ( sorry didn't take your names) and many many others , you are all a credit to your lovely hotel. Difficult to fault - the food; beverages and facilities were very good. We stayed in a “side sea view penthouse” - a good choice as it had a far reaching view over the beach and sea, with a large terrace complete with table; chairs; full size loungers and a jacuzzi. The mini bar was well stocked and refreshed daily with soft and alcoholic drinks (but not wine) and snacks. We are not keen on buffet meals so we’re surprised to be able to book the speciality restaurants for every day of our 14 day stay - and these proved to be really good. You can only book these 3 days ahead so you need to be organised when the booking system open at 09:00 each morning. We used the spa for treatments - these were very professional and well done in modern surroundings. This was our first stay in Turkey - very impressed all round - it is easy to return and recommend this resort. Three months earlier we stayed for 2 weeks at the Hotel De Mar Gran Melisa in Illetes; Majorca - which was twice the price yet only half as good as the Acanthus and Cennet - enough said about Spain.…

I call this 10 star hotel hospitality incredible staff are sooo friendly and so helpful 24 hour food and top shelf drinks. entertainment is very satisfying for family and also later entertainment for adults or family the staff helped us to book things out of the hotel e.g dental treatment. all day activities in hotel too if you like yoga you will find this twice a day here much relaxing and also fun have been twice and will be returning again
