Very close to the town center for shopping, the marina, and just sightseeing.. Their lounging area for suntanning and swimming being right across the street was perfect... as there is not much access to the water for swimming in this town.. Really nice to have breakfast included above the lounging area which had an amazing view... the room was clean,... More

Again we took a break from our main holiday in Calis to visit Kas for a few days. Did not book ahead just had a wander around and liked the look of this hotel. Within a few minutes walk of the old town and harbour and with their restaurant across the road from the main building. The restaurant is on... More

On a day trip to Kas we walked past this hotel and noticed the great location. It has sea access, sun beds, a lovely garden restaurant and is only a quick walk to the harbour and the main area of town. We were planning on returning to Kas later in our trip so decided to have a quick look on... More

Yes, rooms are bad to terrible (old building). Beds are so bed that I had to arrange some padding for my herniation. Bathrooms are primitive, I had better in the military. These must be corrected at the old building. Other negative is there is no shower at the beach. you have to go to your room if you dont wanna... More

I've stayed here several times in different seasons, and each time I've enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are plain and some of them have a really beautiful view. July & August may not be the best choice to stay because of the high humidity, but who cares, Kas is a beautiful place. You can stay here alone or with your... More

What else should I say except the title. Just like the restaurant you are having your breakfasts under the same building ( seaside building ) the view is perfect with a garden and sea beyond it. Really good sanitation and security. Rare place with swimming access directly in front of the restaurant. Like your own summerhouse.

This is a beautiful hotel located across the street from the Ocean In Kas, we had a lovely view of the sea and the rooms were bright and clean. A lovely breakfast was provided by the ocean in a lovely garden and the staff was more than accomodating. We stayed 2 nights, no maid service, but would absolutely stay there... More

I stayed here for over a week in July 2013 and I thought it was an amazing value. I had been staying next door at Kas Otel (I really liked the people there) but had to move after a few days due to pre-existing reservations and they suggested the Sardunya. I was so glad they did (even though it made... More

We were recommended this simple hotel by a Turkish friend and we found it easily - it is very close to the main square and the garden by the port (2 minutes walk). As it was low season still, we could get a full seaview room in their sea facing building - the room was very simple, but had a... More
