Well maintained rooms with good service and a very helpful staff. Its a pretty place with a nice breakfast and close to the pier. One thing to watch out for they they usually have loud music playing at evening till about 12am at night. By the pool side next to the dinning area they have some sort of a show or live music if that's your thing.

First impressions are great, this is a lovely looking hotel on arrival and the staff could not be more helpful or friendly. The type of hotel that I would always look for. Breakfast is also very good. However, there is an extreme ‘dark side’. This is a small hotel based around a small courtyard. Every evening (7 days a week) until midnight (7 days a week) they either have a live band or a DJ in the courtyard playing music SO LOUD that the walls literally vibrate. It is IMPOSSIBLE to relax in any room between 9pm and midnight, even with earplugs (we know, we tried changing room's). You cannot even read a book because the noise is sooooo loud and intrusive, headache pills are a necessity! Consequently, this hotel needs to decide if it is a music venue or a hotel, it cannot be both. This hotel is suitable for only two types of guest: those that are profoundly deaf or those that do not return to their room before midnight (7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year). I have given 2 stars simply because outside of the horrendous noise, the hotel is very nice with good staff, but, any hotel should be primarily for SLEEPING IN AND THE COMFORT OF ITS GUESTS.

Located in the heart of the old town (Kaleiçi) is one of the most gorgeous looking hotels in Antalya. The reception staff were all kind and friendly people, they were really helpful especially Mr Enes and Mrs Buse. The bell boy Fatih was a really nice you can ask him for help and he will gladly provide best information. The breakfast was fantastic, it was as tasty as it looked, their stall was really nice too. I'm glad I stayed at this wonderful hotel definitely will do it again.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the Old city in Antalya. The staff were great, the breakfast was great, the location was excellent. The only down side, which is no faullt of the hotel, is the noise. The club next door goes on with "doef doef" music till the early hours. I feel this should be addressed with the club to at least tone it down after midnight.

Apart from the location, and cleaner there is nothing good to say about this hotel. Our bathroom was falling apart with old tired fittings falling off the wall, a rotten window being held in place by a plastic bottle. Aircon spilling water over the floor. An unusable swimming pool surrounded by the restaurant tables which you would have to move out of the way to use. But the noise was quite unbelievable and had we not taken earplugs having read other complaints we would not have slept. The staff were rude and openly stood in front of you talking about you and sniggering. The pinnacle of our experience was to be accused of taking a bottle of water out of the fridge prior to checking out. Save your money and avoid.

Have just spent 3 nights at this hotel and hardly slept due to the extremely loud duff/duff (can’t even call it music) from the club across the street which went on till around 130 in the morning. I think our room (411) would have been the worst affected but imagine others were too. This was Mon, Tue and Wed nights (not even weekend). Also first hotel of our 3 week stay in Turkey where they charge for water. Only positive is location in the city but this is over-ridden by the terrible noise.

The good thing about this property is cleanliness. The housekeeping is very good. The breakfast is sad, hardly have anything ( if u veg) and the issue is that the hotel runs a restaurant for outsiders too and hence music goes way too loud till late night. But still the experience overall is good! 👍 I would recommend. The room is exactly like the pic. Also it’s very close by to all popular designations and party places around. We were carefree on the road till late night as the property was next door. 👍

This Hotel is a SCAM! It is absolutely awful and we had the worst stay of our holidays there. I tried everything to discuss with the hotel management to solve all the issues, but they were never available. I had no other choice but to leave this place and to book a different hotel which I did. Only when we left, the manager suddenly was there and surprised. Everything about this hotel is a lie! It is not 'Boutique' - it is just old. The 'pool' is rather a water-feature, since it is located in the middle of the restaurant. The hotel is NOT 'beachfront' - you have to walk 15min through the shopping town to get to a beach where you have to pay entrance fee! The worst part of this is the unacceptable noise level! There is extremely loud music played in the hotel and in the surrounding walking streets. Our rooms were 2 levels up and I recorded a unhealthy noise level of above 90dB (!!!) inside our room at 11.30pm! I complained so many times and nobody of the hotel ever tried to find a solution. After 2 night (barely sleeping), I booked a different hotel and left. I did not receive any refund, because the hotel is lying - saying that they tried to help me, and I did not accept any of their proposals. In fact, they NEVER came back to me, they NEVER proposed any solution... and their hotel manager 'Willy' NEVER discussed with me until the morning I left. Horrible hotel and lying people! My Tip: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
