I stayed 3 nights using my loyalty points and felt I got a good deal , the English staff in reception are helpful and pleasant . The rooms are modern and clean and the pool area is peaceful and comfortable . I was pleased with the size of the car park I don't think you would ever have difficulty finding a spot which is good after a long journey. Access to the city centre is not easy by public transport , but the area around the hotel has as much as you would need in terms of Bars and restaurants. The only thing that was a little negative was lots of signs saying do not bring Food or beverages in whilst clearly the hotel would not want you self catering in your room I think this is little out dated people like to bring in some drinks and snacks ,and in fact the hotel provided a empty fridge in the room and ice when asked so I think maybe the signs should go or a more nuanced explanation should be left in the room…
Beautiful hotel and great location if you’re after something a little quieter. Stunning natural views and walking distance from the pebble beach with surrounding mountain views. My second time staying here. The weather was mild but pleasant around this time of year so check the forecasts if you’re after some heat. Food was clean fresh and healthy. What makes it stand out were the friendly and professional staff who make you feel at home, in particular the attentive breakfast team who served the front of the restaurant and Mr Battel who would always greet you with a smile. Hope to visit your beautiful country again soon.
Very professional staff. Mr. Battal was very nice and kind to us, he was An extraordinary gentleman. I really recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and delicious as well. You can also try their massage facility, it was so relaxing and refreshing.
Arrived at 23.30 and no issues on arrival to pic my car that I booked. They helped me with directions on my cell. The only thing is that as I did not understand turkish;the fuel was empty and I'm.sure he told me;but tort he meant it was full and I must return empty for them to refill. Car could have been in better shape, but at night never see anything or any damage;so trusted them. On return, had no issues. Thanks will use again and they appear very honest business.
I begin my speech with the magnificent Mediterranean view. We chose to stay in this mystical trip to Turkey. The facility stands out with its caring and polite employees, magnificent sea view and breakfast. The coastline where the hotel is located is in the Konyaaltı region with an area of 12 km, a sufficient number of recreation areas, cafes and long hiking trails. With daily tours, the ancient city of Perge, Aspendos and a little advice Neapolis ancient settlement is definitely worth seeing. We enjoyed it very much as a family and can recommend it. Let's get to the parts that need improvement. There is no baby food warmer. The laundry service is designed in such a way that it cannot be washed without paying. Commercial concerns come to the fore here. All payments are taken in advance. Credit cards without a pin code are not accepted. We paid with the 3d link system, and the receptionist helps us at the entrance. However, we are generally satisfied with the alternatives that we will definitely consider on our next visit.…
Is it a nice hotel , with good service. I like to specially mention the very service minded and nice security Gard Necla . The breakfast is huge with all kinds of speciality’s. I can highly recommend Crown Plaza
Greetings from beautiful Spain! I and my wife had a great time in Antalya, an amazing city and we are glad to stay at Crowne Plaza during these days. We both would like to thank all personnel for their kind attitude. Love to all. Ernesto
All services were very good. The halls were clean, the staff was friendly. The food and presentations were also very successful. We will prefer it again at the next meeting. The organization representative always took care of us in a special way throughout the entire organization.
We reserved a room for three people for a very high price than the other hotels around. The room was very small, the third bed was exremely uncomfortable and cheap. The management and receptionists had a bad attitude and did not even get close helping us. The only good thing was the breakfast. Not recommending this hotel at all.
I'm currently staying at this hotel and there are a lot of positive things but also some negatives. Bear in mind I am staying in the off-season. Positives On arrival I was greeted warmly and offered a drink. I was escorted up to my room and shown where everything was. The staff (on the whole) can not do enough for you. They even remembered my name the next morning which I really liked. The food for dinner was delicious and the service was very good. Comfy bed Decent size under the counter fridge. There is a female only spa and gym in addition to a mixed one. Negatives The room needs a bit of work. The bathroom was mouldy in some places and there was lots of chipped woodwork. One of the bed side lights seems to have an electrical problem and it keeps flickering (despite whether it's on or not) The most frustrating part of my stay is something I am experiencing now which should be something that takes 2 minutes to resolve. I asked for two things - a packaged continental breakfast that I could take with me due to having a very early flight (before breakfast service is open) and room service for tonight. I have been told in respect of breakfast, I can only have a lunch packet which is sandwiches, vegetables, fruit and a drink. I explained that I don't want lunch for breakfast, I would like the continental breakfast which consists of a croissant, butter, jam, biscuits and a juice. I have now spoken to reception about 5 times regarding this and I'm no further forward. Getting Room Service was also very frustrating. Having paid for half board my dinner was included but due to feeling unwell I wanted food delivered to my room. I assumed this would be easy as there is a room service menu in the room and a QR code to view the menu online. This was not the case. As I was advised on arrival, room service is extra so I simply wanted to know how much the charge is. I do not exaggerate when I say I have had around 20 calls in the last hour trying to find this out. I have spoken to reception, guest services, the restaurant. The reason I asked for room service is because of feeling unwell, but regardless of the reason, it should not be this difficult. Nobody can tell me what the charge is. Next gripe - there's no information as to where you eat as there are two restaurants. I believe the restaurant on the ground floor is for breakfast and the restaurant on the top floor is for dinner. No idea about lunch. Also, non alcoholic drinks aren't even included in half board which is ridiculous. The mini bar is not filled unless you ask for it and then you have to give Reception your card details before they will do so. The gym is small and a third of the equipment was faulty. One of the two treadmills was not working and the majority of the cable machine was not working or had incorrect attachments, meaning it couldn't be used. …
