A very clean and modern hotel situated a couple of miles from the city centre. It is difficult to find fault with this hotel, it has many outstanding features.
Check in was fast and efficient although as I arrived in the early hours, the reception area was desolate and rather cold. I was allocated room 216 and although the room was spacious and very well equipped the view was very uninspiring which I didnt discover until the following morning when I had fully unpacked.
The bed was very comfortable and all the equipment worked correctly except the bathroom scales and the tv controller which required new batteries. This was quickly rectified by the cleaning staff The room was cleaned to a very good standard every day.
Food was good or very good although not the wide range of choice of hot food offered by the larger hotels but what was on offer was tasty. The cold buffet and salad choice was very good.
The gym had some of the best equipment I've seen in a hotel. It was all modern and in good working order. Towels, bottled water, hand sanitizer and paper towels all provided to a standard you would expect in a high end private gym.
The indoor heated pool is quite small, luckily I had it to myself most days, it would be difficult to swim if there was more than 4 people in at the same time. Some mould was visible on the ceiling of the indoor pool but this was the only blemish on what is a very well maintained hotel.
The sauna and steam rooms are excellent and free to use between certain hours twice a day. There are no dramas with pool towels, they can be obtained from reception as often as you like. No towel cards are required.
The outside areas are spotlessly clean and ample space for sitting or sunbathing.
Snacks can be purchased between certain hours but are very expensive (7 euros for a tuna sandwich) but I cant see why anyone on an all inclusive arrangement would want to eat between lunch and dinner anyway. Similarly, the drinks outside the all inclusive ones are also very expensive especially the cocktails.
The staff are all very friendly and of special mention is the bar man Ramazan, the front of house manager and the lady who works in the patisserie.
All in all this is a medium sized very friendly, spotless and efficiently run adults only hotel and i would have no hesitation recommending it to others.

From arriving we felt so safe. We were met at the door, and had our temperature taken by a member of staff wearing a face mask and visor, this is the new normal for all staff. There are hand sanitizers all round the hotel. Only 2 people in the lift at once with signs to keep you the proper distance apart, unless members of the same family. We went up in one lift and a member of staff brought our case up in the other lift. The room was just perfect down to the fact that all towels were sealed in individual bags, hand, shower and beach towels. Even the bathrobes were in sealed bags. In the restaurant the same safety measures are in place. Your temperature is taken before you enter and is logged. All the food is behind glass, you tell the chef what you want and he plates it for you, as much or as little as you want. All drinks are served to your table and come on a tray with a dome covering. Well done Sunprime C Lounge your staff are a credit to you. Thank you all for our 5 star treatment

Let me start by saying. If you're after a party hotel you should probably stop reading this review and look at other hotels as this definitely isn't the place for you. It's very chilled and as such there is little if any entertainment other than music played in the evening (live singer on some nights) so if you feel the need to be constantly entertained, again this probably isn't the place for you.
For me & the people I have spoken to whilst here it is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday
The hotel interior is quirky and cant help but make you smile. All of the staff I came across were very friendly and helpful. My room was designated for solo use and contrary to what I have seen in most other hotels the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was a super comfy king size in which you can easily get lost in. There is balcony with side sea views with 2 chairs and a little table but being on this side of the hotel there was never sun on the balcony. There was also a pair of slippers in the room which was a nice touch
The pool area is lovely and there's a little tunnel leading directly onto the beach and theres a jetty with sun beds set out, i spent most of my time where as there is direct access into the sea (no sand getting everywhere) and a lovely breeze throughout the day.
I've made good use of the spa and although it isn't particularly cheap the therapists are very good and thorough.
I believe that the selection of food has been reduced in the buffet restaurant to make things in the 'covid' world safer but there was always plenty of choice and I never went hungry. The is also a snack bar open 11.30-4 which serves a selection of snacks including lovely 'flat Turkish pies' thin flat breads with meat/cheese/potatoes.
Altogether I've had a lovely holiday & would definitely recommend this hotel :-)

Great hotel, great styling. Staff so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. High praise for Maurat in the restaurant terrace, really went above and beyond. No dark corridors to get to your bedroom, at the bedrooms are accessed from the atrium, simple things make a difference. Leading to all the bedrooms, the floor is carpeted, so you don't hear people walking past your room. Bedrooms are spacious, large bed, sofa, ample storage, including hangers. Rooms have a safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, fridge, TV, slippers and bathrobe. Bathroom large walk-in shower. Pool area although not large, still big enough, pool good depth not too deep and not to shallow. A private tunnel takes you under the road, to the hotel's area of the beach. Sunbeds and parasols on the beach and private pier. Be advised the beach is rocky in places. The one area that does let the hotel down, is the choice and variety of food on offer in the buffet restaurant. For a 5 star hotel, the choice is very limited, with only a maximum of two choices of fish or meat on offer. The temperature of the food could be improved. Covid precautions are taken very seriously at the hotel, the hotel is spotless, and maintained that way throughout the day. Hand sanitiser everywhere to use, plus regular temperature checks. Some reviews have mentioned the location, the hotel is in Alanya but not in the centre, takes about an hour to walk to the centre, taxi's are a cheap option. Alanya is 74 miles 120 km from Antalya airport, so expect a long transfer from the aiport.

Stayed here first week of September 2020 and in the midst of a pandemic, I never felt safer. Luggage disinfected upon arrival and temperatures taken when re-entering the hotel as well as entering the restaurant, and social distancing measures in place. Cleaners always working hard sanitising everything and all staff are in PPE. Daily temperature was around 34 degrees and the air con in the room was great! Like most all inclusive hotels, the food in the main buffet restaurant is average but there are enough options to appeal to even the fussiest eater. Food in the snack bar by the pool is much better - pizzas and gozleme (Turkish flatbread prepared in front of you using traditional methods) are a must! Evening entertainment is alternated between DJ nights and live music. Pool area is quite small and sun beds do get reserved pretty quickly. However, the hotel has a private beach which can be accessed via a tunnel where beds are plentiful and there’s a beach bar serving beer and soft drinks. The beach is shingle not sand, and there’s also a pier with more sun beds. There’s a huge amazing market on Thursdays right outside of the hotel, selling everything including knock-off designer goods, souvenirs and fresh produce. All in all, this is a lovely hotel albeit a little smaller than most hotels you find around Antalya area. It’s clear the staff work incredibly hard to make this a safe and enjoyable place for guests!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks in September 2020 and honestly have no question that we booked the right place to stay. We originally had booked to go to Tenerife but due to quarantine measures our trip got cancelled so we booked this hotel last minute. We were extremely happy with the staff and service. We felt safe in the hotel at all times, there was regular disinfection of the hotel and all staff were wearing masks at all times. There were lots of places to be able to clean your hands with alcohol and every time you came into the hotel from outside your temperature was measured. Your temperature was also measured before entering the dining areas, we really felt like they were doing their absolute best to keep us safe at all times. The hotel was beautiful, there is a well sized outdoor pool and a private entrance to the beach where there were plenty of sunloungers for hotel guests. Even though the hotel was fully booked we always managed to find a sunlounger at both the pool and the beach. The all-inclusive service was really good, the food was nice but there were also places very close by to eat if you wanted a change of pace. Drinks were very nice also, although they did have lots of drinks included in the all-inclusive that weren't on the menu so ask for the full selection of drinks. There are drinks you can pay extra for which were very cheap also. Due to COVID the nightclub and the indoor pool were closed but everything else remained open. There was entertainment every night, either a DJ or a live singer/band which was nice. The room was spacious and very clean. One staff member that made our stay absolutely amazing was Ramazan, he always had a smile on his face and was extremely friendly all the time. He made our stay that bit more special. You could take a short cab ride into Alanya town if you wanted but the hotel and surroundings had everything you need, there was a shop in the hotel which had all essential items. On your first day a rep comes to visit you to chat about any excursions you might want to do, we went on a few and had a great time. On Thursdays there is a giant market right outside the hotel which you can buy clothes, souveniers, shoes, food and more. We honestly oved our stay here and would come back again. There are so many good thinkgs to say about this hotel but I'll have to write a book if I want to get it all down. All the staff were super friendly and extremely polite, I wish I got all of their names but I do want to mention the following staff whos names I did manage to get - Siaban, Seyma, Mehmet, Ahmet, Mustafa, Fhari and Nasu to name a few. The chefs were all so lovely and the food was well made and really tasty.

Hotel is modern and clean with regular cleaning of communal areas during the day. There are regular temperature checks going into the hotel and when entering the restaurant. Plenty of space in the room. Food is generally a good standard and is served by the chef staff from a buffet style service. Service was hit and miss. Sometimes to ensure the table was freshly laid or to get fresh drinks. Tables sometimes get cleared if you have left to get another course so leave something personal on the table to indicate you haven’t left. Some staff are much better at service than others but they may be down to language capabilities. Drinks aren’t great. Beer is ok, local gin and tonic, coke. Others not as expected. Turkish tea was a nice discovery. For lunch, we always used the snack bar and pizza was pretty good. Also recommend the flat pies which are a bit like pancakes and they are made outside the snack bar using a traditional method. There is also the patisserie for drinks, snacks, ice cream and one day, banana waffles were being made to order. Pool is very nice but a little small when everyone wants to use it but it’s adults only and no ball games so that works. We had no problem getting a sunbed but there is limited choice. People tend to put their towels out and leave them there until the end of the day. We went to the beach and jetty most mornings. Again no problem finding a space but quite busy. If the hotel was full, there may be a shortage. Sea was lovely, very clear. One day the waves were pretty rough but the rest of the time it was pretty good for swimming. The life guard runs the beach bar. The beach is not full sand but shingle. Entertainment in the evening is at 9 and is ok but not great. We tended to walk around after dinner. Can recommend Elly’s bar which is about three roads down on the right. We turned up when they were about to close and were invited in to listen the staff and locals singing with guitars. The owner is very friendly makes good cocktails. Other trips we went on were the boat trip but we weren’t lucky enough to see turtles or dolphins but had a good day, the jeep safari with Event was great fun and the guys running it put a lot of energy in making it good fun.

My wife and i travelled to Alanya and stayed at the adults only Sun prime C-Lounge between the 8th of November & 19th of November on an all inclusive break. First impressions of the Hotel is how clean well organised and impressive it looks. Lovely décor in the reception area . We were quickly checked in and a member of staff took our cases to the room. WE booked a room at the front of the hotel with a Seaview (322) at extra cost which was a very good size with lovely views of the sea. The rooms are very nicely furnished with very large kingsize bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely bathroom with double size walk in shower. Free Safe and Wifi in the room. The Wifi throughout the hotel was very good. We used the spa facilities for both turkish baths and also a set of 3 massages each over the space of a week. Because it was the end of the season we managed to get a great deal on all treatments. All of the staff in the spa are lovely and friendly and will advise and listen to any ongoing problems you have with aches and pains. Free pool towels provided and exchanged on a daily basis if required. The food in the restaurant was very good indeed with plenty of options and choices. Food service was very good as they operated a covid 19 friendly policy were you were served individually and no self service. If you fancied a change then you could have food outside by the pool up until 4pm with many dishes available i.e Burgers, Sandwiches Salads etc and all delicious. The entertainment in the evenings is quite low key but fine for us with the odd singer and Karaoke which we enjoyed. Service at the bar was very good with Ramazan behind the bar who was great. When seated the waiter service was very good and we would like to make a special mention of (Uncle) Ahmet who worked from Lunch time to the late evening tirelessly. Such a lovely man who never forgot what you were drinking. Over all a fantastic holiday indeed. A Taxi ride will take you into the centre of Alanya for around 35Tl which saved a good 20 minute walk so well worth it.We must also say that the reception staff are all great and helpful and again a special mention to Berke Can who was fantastic and helpful. Thank you to all the staff for a great Holiday and hope to see you all again.

We have just returned from the C Lounge in Alanya, well worth the effort to travel during Covid. Never during our time at the hotel did we feel unsafe, the level of cleaning was second to none, temp checks in and out of the hotel and restaurant. The package was exceptional value for money given how great the room was, the quality of the food and drinks but best of all the service, the staff worked so hard. We travelled as 2 couples and we both said we couldn’t think of any negatives. We stayed in room 413 which had a side sea view which was loverly. We took a private transfer due to the previous comments which was good so we cannot comment on the normal transfers. The senior management were constantly monitoring the hotel, they also eat in the restaurant which we thought was a nice touch. Well worth a visit.

Currently at the C . Lounge staying in room 313. I will not repeat to much of the praise for the hotel and staff as all the previous reviews say it all and I totally agree with them, fantastic indeed!! It's certainly a vacation with a difference because of Covid. The cleaning and safe distancing protocols are in place but not obtrusive ,it still feels like a holiday hotel . I am particularly impressed with how they have handled the food situation by substituting self service for a controlled served by staff method. You simply approach the counters indicate your choice and it is served . You can take the plate to any counter and have things added as you like. Drinks are served at your table so there is no unnecessary movement around the food area's. The food choice is limited due I suspect to the new methods of serving but there is ample and we found no problems finding a suitable choice of food. I'm certain the hotel will return to normal as soon as possible. One bonus of being served a portion by a member of staff is less food waste. You can always go back for more if you wish but the spectacle of people filling their plates to overflow and leaving vast amounts was not apparent thankfully. One disappointment ( there's always one ! ) the quality of the local drinks is not high but even worse there is no fizz in the tonic!! A flat gin and tonic does not hit the spot and let's the hotel down! The C lounge was not our first choice and we arrived because our preferred destination was closed to tourists.however it has worked out very well and we are content !
