This was a fabulous hotel. A couple of blocks from the beach. The hotel has umbrellas and loungers at a certain spot on the beach a couple of blocks down that you can use, and the beach is great. Lovely sandy beach. Great swimming. The staff were great, and they served a lovely breakfast.

I stayed here back in September for a week and have just booked to go again in June.
The atmosphere at the hotel is great and I felt really relaxed staying here on my own. The staff are all really lovely and do a great job to make sure you are well looked after. The hotel manager is also very pleasant and goes above and beyond.
The hotel is clean and contemporary, with comfortable rooms and a decent sized pool. The restaurant serves amazing food and has a really chilled out vibe in the evening.
The location of the hotel is perfect with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the beach being a 2 minute walk down the road. Alanya town centre isn't far, I took a taxi (the busses were a bit full for my liking!) which costed about 30tl (£4ish) then walked back to the hotel which took about 35mins.
There is lots to do while you are there - my personal favourite was spending the day at Dimcayi river which again was only a short bus ride away and has the most beautiful scenery!
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and cannot wait to go back in June :)

I rarely write a review, but our experience is so good that we can’t stop our selfs. We were received with the most smiling and service minded treatment, and the receptionist was so sweet to give us a room with a view as soon as we asked. We are staying in room 503, and it has the most beautiful view. When we book a hotel for our trips we are always a bit nervous because you never know what to expect. Now we have found the hotel that will become our new hotel EVERY TIME we come to Alanya. The staff are sooooo sweet, the atmosphere is so nice and quite, the room is clean, modern and has all the amenities that a high class hotel room must have. We will never stay at another hotel in Alanya and we have tried 7 different hotels because we frequently visit Alanya. The hotel dog “Rocky” is the most gentle and loving dog. We are staying in the hotel right now and we are leaving the 12th, but because of our experience we are thinking about staying for 3-4 more days than planned.
The only thing we can point our fingers at is that there is no room service.

Unfortunately we had a very bad time at the hotel. Firstly they switch off the hot water during the night so no hot showers after 2 am. Upon asking reception why it was turned off he said nobody has showers at 2 am and that it was my fault for not turning the mixer to the left! The reception staffs are very quick to blame any problems on us. We had exposed wiring and sockets in our room. The boss said maybe we kicked the socket out of place?!!.The boss also gave us false information on departure insisting that we have a covid test before departure and that this was mandatory by the Turkish government. This was completely false as we returned to London Via Istanbul with no requirement for a covid test. They also make a really big fuss about losing a hotel card which was not needed in my opinion. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very good but the management and reception staffs were downright rude. For anyone using a 2 single bed setup the sockets/switches are placed directly behind the bed so sleeping on the pillow will cause the sockets to come out and lights come on/off during sleep.

I hate writing bad reviews but I want others to avoid the horrible experience I had. At first I thought it was just because of Covid restrictions, but it it became abundantly clear fast the this hotel is managed very poorly. The rooms are lacking many items that I would consider standard at any hotel: no coffee or tea, no glassware, no chairs, no drawers, just one thin blanket that didn't cover the whole bed. The cable was out most of the time. One day the elevator wasn't working. The bathroom was extremely under lit. The front desk staff is rude and almost actively hostile. They would smoke and talk endlessly on the back patio. They suggested restaurants that weren't open. They would say 'let us know if you need anything' with a complete lack of sincerity. In their eyes they said 'don't bother meI want to sit here and do nothing but play with my phone'. For a while we were the only people in the hotel! At times it felt like they were intentionally messing with us. Twice they made room keys that didn't work. Completely inept. Now for the worst part: the 'free' breakfast. The breakfast server was massively inattentive and obviously did't want to be there or doing it. My traveling companion noted that the food was served like it was for prisoners. Funny he should mention that because that's what it looked like. Jail food. Food for dogs. Disgusting.

Dear Aric Cansler, It is very unfortunate to read your unhonest review. Therefore we will share our opinion as well, and hope that readers will understand the situation. 1. You and your partner arrived on 03.12.2020 in our hotel, just 2 days before the weekend lockdown. At arrival you said that you have a reservation for 03.12.2020 for a week and that you have paid for it. However, after looking up we informed you that there was no reservation like that and you started blaming the agency you booked from and suspected them from changing your dates. After talking to you, you decided to book directly with us starting with 1 night with possibility to extend your stay. When you book for 1 night your room key is only valid for 1 day, expiring at 12:00 check-out time. Logical right? Your card was working properly. The next day you wanted to extend your stay with an additional night. We asked for your room key to update the accomodation dates, again for 1 night only. At the end you stayed a total of 4 nights. We do not understand how it is possible to extend for 4 nights in total (day by day) if you were not happy? It just doesn't make sense at all. 2. We do not market any misleading information. Therefore you get exactly what you see. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room. You had chairs on the balcony, have you not seen? 3. We have an open minded modern understanding of management, therefore our staff is allowed to use the back patio where they can have their meals and relax in a open area surrounded by fresh nature. That is not poor management, that is showing respect and value for employees. Our staff is very welcoming and hospital, everyone can see read this online. 4. There was a planned local electricity maintenance on the 4th of December from 09:00 to 17:00 which is executed by the official electricty supplier firm. We have proof for this. Therefore we had to close the elevator for our guests safety. 5. It is sad to see how disrespectful you can be about food. Does your travel companion have experience in jail? We are a pet friendly hotel and we find your comment ''food for dogs'' very disrespectful. It is sad to know that you expect dogs to eat poorly. Additional to this, we would love to share pictures of how you left your room, non of our beloved dog friends in the world would leave their space like that. 6. We also want to share that your review is related to the check-out date where you tried to run away without paying for your stay. Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.
