Just came back from staying at the Diamore hotel. I'd say the location is very good. Room old fashioned but spacious, shower luke warm, but fine in summer. They only give you 2 towels every 3 days, so we ended up taken them from the cleaners trolley when she wasnt looking which was hard. Food mediocre, same food every day more or less. Some nice chicken kebab and turkey on an odd day but mostly the food was basically salad. Breakfast consisted of cucumber lettuce , broccoli, 2 cereal choice and melon and cold chips.Melon 3 times a day. Left over food was dished out next day. Only beer, wine and soft drinks available from 11 to 11. Food outside is very expensive - 12 pound for a McDonald's each, restaurants very expensive. 6 to 8 pound for a sol beer at night life. Would have cost a fortune if I had gone self catering. Scammers all over the place harassment in all the fake t shirt shops and bags, which is most of Alanya. Excursion scams. Got a very good deal on excursions but get sick of talking to everyone who tries to stop you to get you into their shop. Hard to beat the price of £1200 all inclusive for 2 weeks for 2 and to beat the location. That's the plus of this holiday. But was disappointed at the above.

It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are honest (they'll openly tell you the food is sh!t). The owners are clearly selective about the type of clientele they want (Russians). The food is indescribable slop (the only thing we were sure of was the rice, which we didn't eat). When we asked what drinks were available, we were told, white wine, red wine and soft drinks.....we asked about beer, to be told there was none (there were people sat at tables drinking it). The one time we sat at a table outside, we were getting dirty looks by the male staff, to the point that it made us feel uncomfortable. The bathroom and balcony doors in our room didn't close properly, there were holes in the wall in the shower enclosure and the bathroom light was at the other end of the room, so you shower in the dark!! If you're looking for a cheap, basic hotel and are happy to eat out all the time, then this place is OK. To put it in context, Travelodge are better!!!

We arrived at the hotel at 7 am. Check-in was at 2 p.m., but they immediately escorted us to our room and helped us with our suitcases (they didn’t give us a key, but walked us through). Lucky!!!!
The hotel is clean, linens and towels are white. Plus!!!!!
The balcony of the room overlooked the wall of the neighboring hotel and at first we were indignant, but we were told that other options could be shown in three days (the hotel was full). By the second day we realized that this arrangement was only an advantage, because the sun did not enter the room and it remained cool there, it did not heat up. Plus!!! (There was also a condo, no dampness). Remained.
The food was modest, but we weren’t hungry. They didn’t give us fish once during the week, so we went to a restaurant on the next street to get it. Chicken and lula have always been there.
The coffee from the machine is not tasty (we took Turkish coffee (you can find it in any super market for 34 liras), brewed it with boiling water and diluted it with milk. Excellent!!!!
From fruits - plum, watermelon, melon, fig.
No frills, but decent budget! I was satisfied! Thanks to the hotel staff!)))

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Checking in and out was simple and straightforward. There was a lift but we only used it with the suitcases as we was on the first floor. Hotel was quiet apart from music playing in the bar area, and that stopped at 11pm.
Rooms are dated but very clean with housekeeping coming daily. Outside balcony with chairs was a nice size, shame there wasn’t a table to go the chairs. Smoking was allowed on the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the aircon kept the room nice and cool at night. Bathroom was clean and the shower was very powerful.
The swimming pool was clean and never too busy, there was a shallow end for the few children staying to play in. Plenty of seating, spread across the outside, which were always kept clean and tidy by the staff. All guests were friendly. You could leave personal items on tables/loungers and not worry.
The food was delicious and freshly prepared. You had 2 hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The selection wasn’t vast mainly salads with feta, chicken or some Turkish style meatloaf, pastas, rice, soups, fruit and breads. The drink’s selection was small, red or white wine and beer were the only alcoholic beverages offered. Fizzy drinks were available but no diet, fresh juices and tea and coffee. All drinks were not available after 11pm.
The hotel is on a strip of shops selling various items, plenty of restaurants and is a nice 15 minute stroll to the beach.
WiFi is awful you can only connect in reception or the bar area and even then it’s extremely slow.
The hotel is nice and you are getting what you pay for. That being said I would go back and stay again, it was peaceful and in a great location, the staff were friendly without being too in your face.

Lovely little hotel. It's basic but all the rooms have a balcony and aircon (thank god) we had a lovely view of the castle and cable cars. It's right on the main shopping road so there's bars and shops all around. 10 min walk to the beach and marina. WiFi is available in the main pool/bar/reception area not in the rooms. Pool bar opens at 11 til 11 the only serve wine or beer or pop. The food is decent. I will try anything once, my friend not so much but she still ate well. They don't serve chips every day so I don't know where the reviews saying they served last night's chips for breakfast are coming from. There are cold chips at breakfast but they are home made chips. Anywhere you go in turkey they give you chips on an English breakfast which is probably where this idea comes from. Anyway breakfast is cold meats, cereal, cheese, olives, salad, eggs, cold chargrilled veggies and fruit. Lunch - Soup, 4 hot items (pasta/rice, protein, 2 veg sides) different salads/cold sides, pickles, fruit and pudding (mousse/rice pudding/blancmange). Dinner same format as lunch soup, 4 hot the rest cold, a cakey desert and fruit.
The pool was nice, its in the shade throughout the day except first thing but it was so hot it didn't matter. The sun loungers stay in the sun til about 4ish.
The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you
All in all we got a cheap last minute holiday and weren't disappointed.

1st experience check in we was told leave cases and go to eat evening meal as 5 mins left. I thought ok probably running short it was beef burgers rice veg salads. We had drink no Diet Coke or drinks no spirts (we knew that). Our room was good comfy bed shower screen was broke and shower spurted out everywhere.
Food was very limited and basic breakfast was spam, boiled eggs sometimes scrambled (not our liking) no toast just bread cold chips and salads. Lunch was rice or pasta veg and meat dish same as evening meal. Soups was nice deserts was very spare melon or grapes a milk pudding that was all. Staff friendly would we return no we wouldn’t.

In my opinion, the hotel doesn't even pull 3 stars. No one speaks Russian or even English at reception! Only Turkish is spoken, you have to communicate through an interpreter, who often translates stubbornly, in the end it is difficult to explain normally ((First they tried to put me in a room with a broken lock, then they told me to wait 2 hours if I want another room. Eventually they moved into another room: the view from the balcony to the wall, the room does not even have a trash can (I was brought trash bags and told to collect the trash in a bag), the furniture in the room is old, the bed is as hard as brick, of soap utensils only soap and shower gel. Thanks for at least having hot water! I stayed for 3 nights, during which time there was no cleaning, the towels were also not changed, only once the garbage was taken out.
But the worst thing about this hotel is food. There are no meat and fish dishes, not even regular chicken! I had to eat rice, pasta, and vegetables. There are no sweets either, only some kind of pudding was displayed, tasted like some kind of chemical powder. And by the way, the hot ones apply themselves, in portions. You can only apply salads yourself.
The only advantage of this hotel is the location: one way 10 minutes to Cleopatra beach, the other way 10 minutes to the port and street bars.
The hotel will only come down for the night, I will not return to it for rest!

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff that have little or no knowledge of English which makes communication near impossible. All inclusive.... debatable. Food was dire Turkish slop, all I had to eat from their offerings was two boiled eggs on my first morning. Just looking at the food turned my stomach. Breakfast was some form of compressed meat paste, sliced for ease of eating, dry cheese slices and over cooked green yoke boiled eggs, and yesterdays leftover cold chips. Then there was the salad with free flies on it.
The all inclusive drinks were coffee from a temperamental machine, that sometimes gave milk for a latte, but more often that not just gave you strong bitter coffee. Alcohol was Efes beer, local wine, and flat soft drinks. Spirits were NOT included. Worst all inclusive ever.
I'd suggest leaving this for the Russians, they seemed happy.

Where do I start lol three days with no wine, im still looking for the entertainment, no pool table, no microwave to warm the crap food because it was always cold, all inclusive joke, you got what portion of food they wanted to give you. Staff would openly tell you it was a crap hole, pool was full of green algae, I was there for three weeks neither saw the pool cleaned once. This really sounds like I’ve got an ax to grind??? Well no believe me, its as it was, boy I was so glad to get home, young staff were friendly and above all honest. So big call out to them, rooms very dated but clean. I could just go on! But what’s the point! Love Holidays will keep selling this Sh— -t hole, by the way I payed £800 for three weeks
