The hotel is clean, linens and towels are white. Plus!!!!!
The balcony of the room overlooked the wall of the neighboring hotel and at first we were indignant, but we were told that other options could be shown in three days (the hotel was full). By the second day we realized that this arrangement was only an advantage, because the sun did not enter the room and it remained cool there, it did not heat up. Plus!!! (There was also a condo, no dampness). Remained.
The food was modest, but we weren’t hungry. They didn’t give us fish once during the week, so we went to a restaurant on the next street to get it. Chicken and lula have always been there.
The coffee from the machine is not tasty (we took Turkish coffee (you can find it in any super market for 34 liras), brewed it with boiling water and diluted it with milk. Excellent!!!!
From fruits - plum, watermelon, melon, fig.
No frills, but decent budget! I was satisfied! Thanks to the hotel staff!)))
Rooms are dated but very clean with housekeeping coming daily. Outside balcony with chairs was a nice size, shame there wasn’t a table to go the chairs. Smoking was allowed on the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the aircon kept the room nice and cool at night. Bathroom was clean and the shower was very powerful.
The swimming pool was clean and never too busy, there was a shallow end for the few children staying to play in. Plenty of seating, spread across the outside, which were always kept clean and tidy by the staff. All guests were friendly. You could leave personal items on tables/loungers and not worry.
The food was delicious and freshly prepared. You had 2 hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The selection wasn’t vast mainly salads with feta, chicken or some Turkish style meatloaf, pastas, rice, soups, fruit and breads. The drink’s selection was small, red or white wine and beer were the only alcoholic beverages offered. Fizzy drinks were available but no diet, fresh juices and tea and coffee. All drinks were not available after 11pm.
The hotel is on a strip of shops selling various items, plenty of restaurants and is a nice 15 minute stroll to the beach.
WiFi is awful you can only connect in reception or the bar area and even then it’s extremely slow.
The hotel is nice and you are getting what you pay for. That being said I would go back and stay again, it was peaceful and in a great location, the staff were friendly without being too in your face.
The pool was nice, its in the shade throughout the day except first thing but it was so hot it didn't matter. The sun loungers stay in the sun til about 4ish.
The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you
All in all we got a cheap last minute holiday and weren't disappointed.
Food was very limited and basic breakfast was spam, boiled eggs sometimes scrambled (not our liking) no toast just bread cold chips and salads. Lunch was rice or pasta veg and meat dish same as evening meal. Soups was nice deserts was very spare melon or grapes a milk pudding that was all. Staff friendly would we return no we wouldn’t.
But the worst thing about this hotel is food. There are no meat and fish dishes, not even regular chicken! I had to eat rice, pasta, and vegetables. There are no sweets either, only some kind of pudding was displayed, tasted like some kind of chemical powder. And by the way, the hot ones apply themselves, in portions. You can only apply salads yourself.
The only advantage of this hotel is the location: one way 10 minutes to Cleopatra beach, the other way 10 minutes to the port and street bars.
The hotel will only come down for the night, I will not return to it for rest!
The all inclusive drinks were coffee from a temperamental machine, that sometimes gave milk for a latte, but more often that not just gave you strong bitter coffee. Alcohol was Efes beer, local wine, and flat soft drinks. Spirits were NOT included. Worst all inclusive ever.
I'd suggest leaving this for the Russians, they seemed happy.
Any issues was delt with quickly. The hotel does not tollirat bad behaviour.
