Everyone was very caring and kind. The room, the furnishings in the room, the bathroom, the toilet, everything was new and beautiful. The fries and sauces they bring with the burger are extremely delicious. If I need it again, I would choose it without hesitation. It is a place you can choose without fear. Normally this is an adult only hotel, while making the reservation online, such information was not provided therefore we were able to book for 3 people, my wife and I and our 5 years old child. It was handled very well once we arrived at the hotel and they have recognized that such info needs to be updated on their website. Kudos!
We fancy the hotel. Spacious room, I reckon the decoration looks Aztec or African, so unique, we love it! Well mannered people, from guest to Staff.
We did not have a bad experience at all. Breakfast was top notch! Fresh and quality. We have chosen this hotel because of the location, just 2 mins walk to the beach and few mins away downtown. It was my first time in Alanya, we didn't want an all inclusive but a place to sleep and to be able to wandering around downtown, Cleopatra beach and the red tower etc...
However the experience at Oji gave us more than a place to just sleep.. It was enjoyable.

The hotel, which is wonderful with its decorations and design, offers you not only a room but also a quality food and beverage service. We never felt strange, it's a place I look forward to coming back to. Only the minibar could be a little richer. It can be much more enjoyable in spring due to its ethnic design. Thank you very much for the interest of Ms. Nazlıcan and all the other valuable Oji Family.

Never have we stayed in a hotel with so much noise. In the bar/reception, very loud music is played from morning to evening. Only switches off after midnight and starts again at 07:00. In addition to this, you can hear clinking plates, cutlery, staff shouting loudly and slamming doors from 06:00 in the morning. We approached shortly after arrival and asked for another room because of the noise from the bass from the music in the room. The receptionist became very annoyed and rude. but said she would have to sort it out. When we returned she was even more annoyed and rude and asked why. She then rejected it as, according to them, there were no other rooms, despite the fact that you could still book available rooms online The toilet in the room stinks of sewage. The worst hotel! Only recommend young people who want to party to stay there. For a new hotel they have a lot to learn!!! Breakfast was lacking. Dry bread and unappetizing platters of cold dishes.

The look of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The young girl on reception is especially lovely, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, issues were- opposite our room they are building a new hotel complex and every morning early was banging which turned out to be them putting tiles on the new pool they’re building, the breakfast was not self service and it is ‘forbidden’ to bring even a drink from the outside into your hotel room, our mini bar was not restocked when cleaned so unless we purchased from the bar downstairs we wouldn’t have been allowed to bring any drink or food into the hotel room. I’ve never heard of this before when travelling so was a little strange. I understand they’re a small business but one of the main things we usually do on holiday is bring snacks and drinks back to our hotel room to sit on the balcony.

Every detail in the hotel is the product of fine taste and quality. The location is very good, walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, I slept like a baby in a comfortable bed, cotton satin linens and fluffy pillows. The breakfast was also rich and attentive. To Alanya It will be our first choice when we go there. The employees were friendly and attentive. I would also like to thank the lady at the reception for her customer and solution-oriented approach by immediately solving a mistake I made during the reservation.

Being a new building is a great advantage, and the pool adds visual beauty. The professional blow dryer in the room was very useful. The room was large and it was nice that the furniture in it was new. I was very pleased with the friendly and caring officer.

Nice and small hotel, stylish place, has a swimming pool. Good location, no noise, the sea is nearby. I lived on the 5th floor, I liked the view of the sea, the room had everything you needed. I would like more choice for breakfast. I think I will return to this hotel))

The hotel was simply perfect. First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of the lady who welcomed us was sincere. The employees were very attentive. Clean, hygienic and beautiful. I recommend choosing rooms with sea view. For those looking for a boutique and friendly atmosphere.
