Fantastic hotel, everything is great about it: location, staff and food. Location is in the city, close to all the shops, groceries, bazaar (just 3 min walk to this big bazaar which is every monday and thursday), bus stop. Beach just 5 min walk, you have to cross the street. Beach is shared with Kaila Beach Hotel. Beach bar serves in all-inclusive formula free tea,coffee and drinks like cola, sprite and fanta, water. Snacks and alcohols are extra paid. New and comfy sunbeds. Beach is large and clean, but please be aware that there are some rocks and you should not walk there, cause you may fall if the wave comes; there is special guarded area to swim. Swimming pool is clean, pool bar offers free beer and local drinks (some drinks are extra paid). Rooms are clean, they provide fresh towels and cosmetics, air conditioning is working ;) safety box is extra paid 2Eur/per day. Free wifi at the hotel and at the beach :D The most important in this all-inclusive formula is FOOD. OMG, it's so delicious!! Fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, cakes, meat, cooked vegetables, local bread...me and my family we just can't get enough of this incredible food :D The cook and his team are GENIUS! All staff is very polite and friendly :) We have spent here two weeks in August and i would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who visits Alanya :)

We booked this hotel through On the Beach. We have been to many parts of Turkey so have a little experience of the kind of hotels that are available but Kaila City is one that we won't be returning to. Room cleaning was almost none existent ie no regular towel changing, we had to ask for toilet rolls. Room was left more or less as we left it most days apart from the blankets being ruched on the bed. There was no tea coffee making facilities in the rooms but coffee was available downstairs Bar staff and reception staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment was Sunday, Tuesday and Fridays which lasted about from 9-10pm Kids entertainment is 3 songs with one member of staff dancing with kids. Food was repetitive morning, noon and night. Most places we've been to have a child friendly buffet but not here. The snack bar is good food. Pizza,hots dogs, burgers, wraps on alternate days and chips Chocolate ice lollies were available at 4.15. Location good lots of shops and restaurants around thank god.

Mid way through the holiday but thought I'd take the opportunity to write my review now.
After arriving later than planned (around midnight) due to flight delays we were told our room had problems and we would not be able to check in until the morning once it had been resolved. The hotel checked us into a hotel around the corner for the night and said come back in the morning. Although I had my doubts I went with it. The next morning we arrived back at the hotel to ask about checking in and they said around 30 minutes, to go get breakfast and come back. 20 minutes later we were checked in and in our hotel room. Now we could relax.
The manager of this hotel is a diamond and she constantly apologised and made sure we were happy, she even gave us a free 15 minute massage, a bottle of red wine and some macaroons as a way to make up for it. The restaurant and bar staff are very attentive and quick at cleaning away plates and glasses. The pool area is kept very clean and the bar staff are friendly. We booked our excursions (Turkish bath, quad safari, boat trip and the canyons) through the hotel and they were all brilliant for a reasonable price.
The food is just typical all inclusive food and you will always find something to eat, even my fussy eater friend found something to eat ever day and said it's better than she expected. The rooms are absolutely fine, the bathroom and shower we had was big and very powerful.
Don't believe the bad reviews this hotel gets it's a lovely place and very friendly. I'd definitely come back.

We are just finishing a week's stay. And just like six months ago, everything is in the best order and at the highest undisputed level. The hotel is clean, a lot of tasty food all day long. New beach bar with lots more sunbeds. Loungers this year have been replaced with new ones and there are many more of them than last year. A huge thank you to all the people working at the hotel. The entire staff made sure that we could have a nice holiday. The rooms were cleaned every day, the atmosphere both in the restaurant and bar and by the pool at the highest unquestionable level. Many thanks to Mr. Mustafa and other chefs for tasty food and meals. Many thanks to Mr. Nurullah for exemplary leadership, so that the hotel has a nice, warm and family atmosphere. Thanks to all the bartenders and waiters - Recep, Gökhan, the waiter who also worked last year, and others (who I don't remember by name) for their current work, cleaning tables and order fulfillment. We are satisfied and we will recommend it.

I am 14 years old writing this review on behalf of my family and this is one of the best hotels we have ever been to. The rooms are nice and clean with a very phenomenal balcony with a great view. In your room they give you all sorts of facilities like shampoo, body wash and even a sewing kit. The only negative of the rooms is that all but one of the tv shows (Cartoon network) are Turkish. The food is amazing. They give you a lot of variety (with dinner having the most) and they have food cooking outside where you can watch them make your food. There is a pool which is fairly big and cold at first but is great once you get used to the temperature. They also have a gym that I used and it is okay but there is a very limited amount of machines so that is something they have to work on. The staff are also very polite and helpful. Overall this hotel is amazing and really made Turkey a holiday I wouldn't forget. I highly recommend you coming to this hotel.

A quiet, family-run hotel. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, responsive receptionists. We didn't have a big room, but it was compact, clean. The bed for two was certainly small, a couple of times that I that husband almost fell off it. Toothbrushes do not provide, hair balm too, there is only shampoo, gel and soap. Room floors were cleaned every day and garbage was removed. The towels were only changed once in 10 days. And one day they decided to mock us, during the day when they cleaned the room, the cleaners left us on the bed a swan of towels, which we had already used and they were still wet, thought to take off our towels and put wet on the bed.The food is monotonous except for dinner, for dinner cooked on the grill fish, meat different , vegetables. There's a lot of sweet stuff. There are certain hours when you can take ice cream, but in fact, you can't take it yourself, there's a man standing by the fridge and more than one won't let you take it, the taking starts. Like, eat one, then come over again and take it, and you can't take anyone else. The hotel has almost no grounds, only a very small swimming pool and that's it. It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, first line at the end. There's no underpass. Evicted at 12 days , if you have a transfer later , then at lunch you can eat safely, in this plan guests are not chased.

The hotel is nice and well located. For a 4 star hotel it is well positioned and has a beach which is shared by Kaila Beach hotel. The entrance into the water is not very wide and there are many stone areas around but we used the other beach next to it for swimming only. Generally it was free for the guest which is not very frequent in Alanya so we did not complain. What we did complain about was the room and the third bed for my son who was too big for a thin mattress. We were promised a new room but had to wait for two days. Finally there has been some mix up and we were told there was no room and my wife cried and the manager disappeared. However the rest of the staff including two maids, a receptionist and a lady manager gave their best to solve the problem and finally we got a new room, a brand-new mattress for my soon, the AC unit was cleaned and the manager gave my wife a parfume. Finally they all gave her a hug and really made an effort to make her feel good. We were really touched and I thank them all this way again. The food was good, pretty repetitive but I like Turkish food so whatever I chose was tasty and good. All in all I would recommend the hotel because it is clean and they are really helpful (with many questions about taxis, how to get to different places and so on). I would go back for sure.

So before I write my review I want to tell you a story about what happened to me before I arrived , I was meant to book Kaila beach hotel and not Kaila city hotel but my girlfriend booked after me and I had thought I had booked Kaila beach hotel and that’s what she booked so we were in two different t hotels so we had an issue but two very special people made sure we were all together so here goes my review. So six of us arrived on the 7th of August to Kaila city hotel upon arrival we were met by two gentleman who welcomed us checked us in and took us to our rooms as it’s was in the early hours , as we had two rooms they had put us next door to each other which was perfect and we was on the first floor also , the next morning we got up and got sorted and headed down for breakfast and to check everything out , breakfast had a range of different things for everyone and having 4 children with me who are fussy eaters they all ate something throughout the 14 days we were there , the pool area was great for the kids and we always got sun beds , the staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you all so nice and polite , the lunch and dinner was mostly good throughout the 14 days I can’t complain , the hotel was cleaned continuously, the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels also everyone at this hotel does a great job and work hard , the only thing I do think could be better is the drink selection for adults as you have to pay for cocktails and this is the first time I have ever had to do that on an all inclusive holiday but all of the above outweighs that , outside the hotel there are plenty of shops and places to eat near by which is also good so that’s it about the hotel all I can say is we enjoyed our stay and will be back as we enjoyed every second of it. So I think on the Thursday or Friday I met Ali see picture so you know who he is who is one of the guys around the pool area and we got chatting and I explained my situation to him regarding the hotel situation and he said I will try sort for you , within 30 minutes he had come back and said it shouldn’t be a problem and they just had to speak with the manager , that day it was agreed my partner and her daughter could swap hotels when they arrived in the Sunday so they could be with us and they would put us all in a family room which was perfect , so Banuhan the manger see picture was in constant contact with me about everything and sorted everything for us , if it wasn’t for Ali and Banuhan are holiday would still of been good as we would of just had to get on with it and adjust but these two people made our holiday extra special and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality , so even though I booked the wrong hotel it was the best thing I done, thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay special xx

Да, хаммам бесплатно, массаж платный) Аниматоров не было, в Алании городские отели без территории и анимации обычно, берите свой. Пирс был свободный, а с берега кстати заходит не очень, там плиты. Вообще, лучший пляж Алании - это Клеопатра. Можно дойти пешком или доехать.
